Same result. They'll send a checklist for 2013. Sorry, but this long after the irs filing deadline, there's really no way around submitting the 2013 return or transcript, unless you have an approved extension letter, in which case you'd submit that, and they might let you bring your 2013 taxes to the interview. Maybe.

As today, the tax transcript for 2013 still not avaiable yet.

So what should I do? just send the transcript of year of 2011 and 2012 with the tax return form of year 2013?

It doesnt matter, the return transcript of 2013 is not available yet.

It is very simple: send a copy of tax return form with all schedules and W2 for 2013. Make sure you make a copy of every page including all schedules. It is acceptable to NVC just like a tax transcript

That is weird, I was never asked for any of my educational background on my DS-260. Should I be worried?

Evening everyone. My case just got sent to NVC...I wanted to start early getting my packets together.Question: IF THE "ORIGINAL" BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISNT AVAILABLE CAN I SEND IN 2 CERTIFIED COPIES.

Congrats! And yes, send a certified copy. You can then include a photocopy of that certified copy rather than 2 certified documents - if that saves you some money:)

I sent all documentations to NVC and it's arrived in early May, then I completed DS260 one day after.

Since then, I have not received any checklist, are we supposed to receive false checklist no matter what? or if NVC finds all documents in hands after DS260 they might avoid sending the checklist?

The only way to know for sure is to call NVC and find out if they have accepted your AOS package and also the IV package. Either they have already accepted them or very close to it. In which case you are looking at a case complete very soon.

Just got approved I'm PD nov 15 got approved May 27 from NSC. I'm in Australia with my hubby and I'm USC!

Guys, when I called tier 1 to make sure approval wasn't my imagination they said NVC is back logged and it might take up to 90 days to even receive my case. PLEASE tell me this is a tier 1 just talking #######???

Any ideas/similar experiences??

Doesn't surprise me. About a month to a month and a half ago they were looking at packages within 2 weeks. Now it is taking longer.

Hi there! I'm new to here... I have a question regarding AOS Fee (online payment). My husband paid AOS Fee the other day and 2 business days later (which is today), it showed "PAID". But there hasn't been no money to be withdrawn from his bank account yet. I wonder if it's normal and also wonder when the money would be withdrawn. I would appreciate it if you could give me any advices. Thank you in advance.

I called today and they haven't reviewed AOS checklist they got May 2nd. The lady was nice though and said they are reviewing mail from May 1st right now.

This makes me feel better. Not the fact that your package wasn't looked at, but the fact that they haven't already moved on to other dates.
