Hey guys,I have a question,Can I submit my DS261 form immidiatly once I will get my NVC number in the link metioned https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx ?

I have 2 cases with one case I have the lawyer,but not with the second one,So I need to submit 261 form for second case

Be sure to send a W2 even if you send transcripts, so that it's clear what portion of the joint tax filing was by your joint sponsor. I'm certain I've seen that clearly stated here on VJ somewhere.

I filed Married filing separately so I don't believe I have to worry about that piece? Also, don't have a joint sponsor as my income should be sufficient to 1 person. The only thing at this point that makes me nervous is how they are going to verify my total income if IRS hasn't processed my return. But then BOS_LHR mentioned earlier that many people's returns are not processed by IRS by the time NVC requires them and many people file for extention. So mine is not a unique case. Yet it worries me

Everyone I am seeing that there fees got invoiced after 2 days of getting NVC number ,but mine already been 3 days no Invoice yet?

Can't wait anymore now..

I'm starting to get worried about my EP enroll email. I sent it on April 18 and I still have not received a confirmation. Today is May 19. They say it takes 30 days for email to be read. Is that 30 business days or 30 regular days? Do you think I should call and get a supervisor to check on it? I'm scared they will tell me no and that I have to wait longer.

Problem is when I sent it I wrote that my surname was the same as my husband's but in their records it is still my maiden name. Does that mean I have to send my ENROLL email again with my maiden name instead? I should probably just call NVC and ask. I may have just cost myself 30 days

You should email your AOS and IV documents and resend when you get confirmation. We emailed before receiving confirmation and they reviewed the 1st and 2nd both. Unfortunately we had an error in I-864 hence the checklist. This will save you time.

Mine took 7 days (a week) from case # assigned to Aos Fee to be available. Just relax! All will be ok!!!!

Hello VNBC,

You should be ok. I submitted my AOS packet barely a week after I sent my 2013 tax return to the IRS via snail mail, and I had no issues. That's the reason why NVC asks for full tax return packet (W2's and schedules) if you do not submit transcripts.

I've been watching your and others time lines to see when you get the EP Confirmation so I would better know when I will get ours. I sent ENROLL email on April 21st. I was hoping to get the Confirmation this week. First I've read 2-3 weeks now 4 weeks or even longer we don't know. This is worse than the waiting for the Case numbers and IIN. I called NVC about this 1 week ago and even a supervisor could not see if the ENROLL email was in their system. I hope you have better luck calling them.

Quick Question!!!

I have paid my AOS invoice since 5/7 but i'm still not being invoived the IV fee yet. Is it normal for all the time it is taking between the 2 invoices?
