Thanks for the responses! My first 3 letters are LIN, originally i sent it to california, i was worried because it took almost 4 weeks to get my noa1, and then i got it from nebraska. Then 3 days later i got an update that my alien number has changed, my noa1 is dated 4/24, its been 1 month, after 2 months i plan to call and see if they can explain anything over the phone, ill keep you guys posted if any changes occur , good luck to all of us

Could that be for K-3? I thought I read in another thread that there is a 129f for K-3 applicants also. I thought it was just for K-1 but at this point, I am not sure any more :). I would hope this is a mistake, because ordinarily, the petitioner would have been sent to CSC in the first place. That is the last place that needs to send to another center as they are fast enough already. They need to send all the rest of 2013 and at least Jan-Feb TSC petitions to CSC with priority handling or to NSC if they are going to start helping out.

Hi everyone who filed in April and I just wanted to know if anybody else got approved from California center . I have my NOA1 was April 17 and according processing times it is already processing April 23. I not panicking just wanted to see if anybody else got NOA 2 or RFE this week? Thank you!

I'm sending in my RFE tomorrow(sending the stuff supposedly that was sent already evidence that we met). Received the signed Intent to Marry Letter from my fiancé(again). Let's see how long it takes for them to touch my case again and how long before I get approved. Wish me luck!

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I filed a 130 and a 129f, since im already married it becomes a k3 , however the application 129f is for both k1 and k3. I learned that anytime fiancee is written during this process it also means spouse. I got an email that an a# was assigned to my 129f, thats why i was asking you about it. I also realized about nebraska center not processing 129fs :( i think they just added my 129f to my 130 :/

Btw i originally sent my 129f to csc, idk why it got sent nsc...my luck!

So my 129f petition was sent to nebraska service center! ? i have no idea what this means, i believe they dont process this type of visa! Has anyone ever seen this? I also got a message that an alien # has been assigned,

Nebraska Service Center does not process I-129F petitions for fiancé visa. Your I-129F is not for a fiancé, it is for your spouse. It is likely your I-130 and I-129F got combined and the processing done at NSC is based off of your I-130, not your I-129F.

The K3 has been obsolete since 2010 and NVC will administratively close the I-129F and your case will follow the path for a CR1.

Please make sure you have either K3 or CR1 / IR1 listed in your profile so everyone sees what type of visa you are pursuing, not K1.

Nebraska center is not processing K1's unless there has been a recent changeI am not aware of.

Petitions don't get send to CSC but to the lockbox collection point from where they are transferred to a service center.

I have missed some posts and am summarizing about what I did see.

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.
