Just received our case number, IIN and BIN number today morning. On the CEAC website, once I log in, I just see the AOS and Packet 4 details as Not Paid. The check box to select and make payment is not enabled yet. I do not see any DS 261 form either.. Is this normal?

I do not have any attorney handling my case. So can some one please let me know when the DS 261 will appear from the day we receive our case number?

Since you got the Case # today, most likely the DS-261 and the AOS invoice will be available for you either tomorrow or the day after

I told myself even if I get a checklist I will overnight as many freaking papers ...

Ok big mess! When my husband applied for my visa I was in Saudi Arabia to visit my parents so in my current address I wrote tht address and in permanent wrote my Pakistan's address but now the email from nvc says that my address is In Saudi arabia

I just finished talking to a not so polite woman from NVC and she said tht because they have thisa ddress ill have to give my interview in riyadh and if i want to change my address i can only email them and send a proof of residence in Pakistan or something.

Dont they take ages to reply??? Cant i do this over the phone?? will this delay my case now?! Aaa im sorry for going crazy

Plenty of screen shots....Once you finally escape the gravity of USCIS

and arrive at NVC things will start to move. Use this time to prepare.

Read Saylin's NVC guide in her signature. It is the VJ Bible....

Your daily devotion is to read every post and make notes of things

that will apply to you as you progress. Armed with all this you will

be ready to battle NVC...no checklists....no delays....

I'm quietly hoping we have a shot at case complete at the end of this week, because then we'd also have a shot at a May interview date. They haven't started scheduling them yet. It's going to be brutal to get case complete right after this interview scheduling window and then have to wait all the way until the end of April to get a date But that's why I figured I'll call tonight, see if they can confirm if either the IV app or civil docs have been reviewed. I'm basically expecting case complete by mid-April and willing to be pleasantly surprised. It's not out of the question, but not likely enough to get excited about I think.

Exactly why I'm on pins and needles! We are going to be either extremely lucky and barley make it or we are going to have to wait a full month. But I agree, it's better to have lower expectations and be pleasantly surprised compared to disappointment of not making it for the month.

Exactly why I'm on pins and needles! We are going to be either extremely lucky and barley make it or we are going to have to wait a full month. But I agree, it's better to have lower expectations and be pleasantly surprised compared to disappointment of not making it for the month.

It's kind of nice to have someone waiting on tenterhooks with me -- aside from my spouse, of course I keep scouring the NVC spreadsheet for other cases to watch, I must have downloaded a dozen versions last week alone. Will do again later when work has quieted down I'm very keen to see the writing on the wall here!

so they are most likely processing files on 13th/14th

my husband and i, we live in Poland. my husband's mother will be our joint sponsor, she's the USC with the income.

the question is what do they need to fill? i-864 or i-864a or .... ???
