Really OMG excited. Where who what NOA1 dates.

Oh I am excited.

Yesterday, NOA1 dates of 5/27 and 6/08 were approved. Today NOA1 date of 5/29 was approved. at least things are starting to move again and they've started on June petitions.

I was looking at the processing timeline for NSC, plus reading the June forum. people are noticing their petition is being "touched" or received an RFE for simple things.

N-400/Citizenship process:

Applied online: 9/06/2020

NOA1 received: 9/07/2020

Biometric: reuse letter received 1/19/2021

Interview: 5/12/2021 - APPROVED!!! 😃

I know and I can't wait for them to speed up. It is great they are moving now. I am watching very close because our NOA-1 is July 2nd.

Our receipt date is June 17... When I check the processing times for the Nebraska center it says April 2nd, is this just because they haven't updated their timeline? When I check my case status, it says we've received your case and are processing it, if you don't receive your receipt notice by mail by July 17 please call us. We received the notice on June 22nd. When I check my status online it doesn't show anything under case history.., I'm getting nervous. Someone please tell me this is normal..

It's normal. NSC takes about 5 months to adjudicate/approve I-130 petitions. Don't trust the USCIS timeline on their website. it's not current and my immigration attorney at work has told me that website is notoriously inaccurate. If your NOA1 is June 17th, you should hear something about your petition in the next couple of weeks. They won't update your case on the myuscis.com site until something has been done with your petition.

Take a deep breath, you're ok.

Hi everyone, joining "The Nebraska Team".

My husband sent I-130 on the 28th of October, USCIS received it on the 2nd of November and we got text NOA1 on the 4th. I tried to check our case # that we got assigned however it is saying that the case doesn't recognize the receipt number that was entered.
My husband called today military help line at USCIS to see how we can expedite. He was told that it can take up to 45 days to get our petition uploaded onto the system so as of now they don't have any access to our case which is ridiculous. Oh well, we are hoping for a quick process - my husband is more optimistic than I am. However since Nebraska is known for taking quite some time, we are considering me quitting my job (I work in Dubai, UAE) and go back on tourist visa which I have valid for 10 years and just wait with my husband until it's interview time. Due to nature of his job we are losing this precious time to be together before he deploys again. So will see how things go.

Anyway, just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck. Take care :]

And it's really good seeing the Immigration Timelines section here showing June 1st as Nebraska's processing date. What is left to be updated is that misleading USCIS NSC processing page. But hey we don't really need their info anyway we got evidence right here on VJ!
