We need your help....what we supposed to do next? this is very disappointing.....:-(

On June 28, 2013, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of June 28, 2013, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance....

Based on OP's past post history, they did get RFE and responded to it.

Not sure what the RFE was about and what they had sent to USCIS.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Okay! Then I chalk it up to failure to properly respond to RFE. What was the RFE for and what did you send in reply? If you sent everything they needed, it wouldn't be denied, so you didn't do that.

Depends on what the RFE was for and the situation, but yes, you can re-apply. I would make sure to address all the issues in the initial filing, though.

Wait for the denial letter. It sounds to me like your response to the RFE didn't satisfy them. You can reapply but you first need to figure out why it was denied.

they asked us pictures, proof of engagement/relationship, affidavit of support, letter of intent to marry...

Are you sure? Affidavit of support doesn't come in to the picture until later....

And they don't actually ask for pictures.... have you seem eachother in the last 2 years?

Basically, you guys did not do your initial packet correctly, and you get a RFE for missing things, and your reply was not correct either. It would be a good idea to figure out exactly what went wrong so you can be successful next time.
