I just got this email from the NVC is that a good thing just wanted to share it with u guys

We received an updated edition of the form I-864, Affidavit Of Support, Under Section 213A of the Act. The National Visa Center's processing procedures for the revised form are currently being developed. Once this process is complete all documentation received will be reviewed. The Agent will be provided with further instructions.

Your agency gave you a bum steer; if you wait for the NVC to send you something, you will be waiting for months and it will be waiting that could have completely been avoided.

All the aos are still on hold I'm calling my congressman maybe they could help me

Good luck! Before our expedite, I also tried to involve our Senator (we know him through family) and he said that they can not really get involved at NVC level. However, yours may reply something totally different!

our case complete was sent May 22nd through email and i'm still waiting for an interview date ClockWatch2.gif I wonder how long much longer i have to wait. I called NVC a day ago they said they're just awaiting capacity and there's no estimate. Makes me want to hammer that guy's face down but that's just me thinking out loud.

Looking at the interview thread, it seems that the Philippines are like Canada. So you'll probably get an interview assigned on Monday as it's the first business day of the month. :D

I'm betting you MIGHT be in the 'normal round of scheduling bacchanalia' that occurs the first week of each month.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
