hi guys.. our i130 approved on 3rd April we received our NVC case number and instruction email yesterday 16th.

very cool ! do you know if the case was adjudicated at a local office, or no, and if yes, which one?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Couldn't resist to call again today. They received our applications on April 12th, but not entered yet into the system.

It's a step forward from my call on Monday when the ISO said that they had received our applications the previous week but could not tell us exactly when.

I will call again next Monday to hoepfully get our IINs and case numbers.

Good luck to you all! :)

I got my approved 3-13-13. Got NOA the 3-15-13. I also got a letter from another uscis office besides MSC which is where

the case was approved. the letter said case approved and on its way to NVC.

After many calls to NVC they say to call USCIS because they dont have the case as of yet.

I call USCIS and they say call NVC cuz they should have the case. and again the run around.

Not sure what is going on, just want to know where the case is. Not sure what to do.

Told to send scanded copy of approval yesterday to NVCresearch@state.gov so they could look into

see where the case it. also told to send scaned copy of approval to NVCinquary@state.gov. to

get the case into the computer.

Good luck to everyone.

Well it is now the 19th of April and no word from NVC or USCIS. I have been now told to wait for 90 days...

Did you called and let them know that you email the scanned noa2, and to ask them to please check the email, and if The rep says you have to wait for the email to be read, say you want to speak with the supervisor And explain situation

Yes I did. No reply from them yet. It's been 5 days since I emailed them.
