Sorry if this was posted but what can happen if my fiancé who I have known since I was a kid. And I got the message that her monthly visit is late while her K1 is in motion. I would want my child to be born here and not in Mexico. Thanks

Congrats but it doesn't make any difference in the visa process. Unless you have already filed your petition, chances are the baby will be born in Mexico....but if you are a USC, then the baby can be granted, with the proper notification to the Embassy, as a USC and not require any visa and get their passport issued in Mexico.

There is nothing that you can do to ensure the baby is born in the US, they will not expedite a case based on pregnancy If you have already filed the K-1 you can only hope the visa is approved before the birth.

Nothing you can do really. Answer any RFE's ASAP and have all of your documentation ready for the interview.

Congratulations but your fiancée (2 e's is female, 1 is male) is not eligible for expedite unless there is something special about her pregnancy (high risk or something). Jut hope she's processed quickly.

From looking at your timeline, it looks like you just filed the I-129F petition last week. Depending on how long it takes for the petition to be approved and then the subsequent visa application process, she may not be in the US by the time the visa is approved and in hand. Also, the baby will affect the household count when doing the affidavit of support later in this process. The new minimum amount may not matter because you're already well over the guidelines, but worth noting.

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)
Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012

Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Part Three: Removal of Conditions:
