My I-130 was received by USCIS on 10/3/12, and the NOA1 date is 10/5, I still can't view my case. I've seen cases on the forums, and people don't see their case show up online until the next step such as NOA2 or an RFE. blink.gif

As far as everyone else, welcome to the thread! Hopefully we'll all have good experiences with our I-130s and subsequent visas! smile.gif

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

hey guys we sent our I 130 on 01/October 2012 but still no NO1 :((( dose any one know if this is normal it is 2 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they havent received it ???!!!!! vey sad :(

I would say this is not normal, most people receive their NOA1 within 1 week. Did you file form G-1145 to indicate your email and phone number?

26-Sep-12 - Became US Citizen (I did wait for this to file I-130. I think I should have filed as LPR and upgrade my case later)
3-Oct-12 - I-130 Sent (Fedex)
23-Jan-13 - NOA2 : Interview at field office - APPROVED same day!!!

05.Mar.13: NVC Received - Finally (USCIS made an error and set my file for Adjustment of Status. It took me energy to get it fixed!)

05.Mar.13: DS-3032 sent
07.Mar.13: AOS bill

Took two days to receive ours, so no, that is very not normal, and I'm really sorry to hear that...cuz I know I'd be on edge by now

12/11/2012: NOA2 Received
12/18/2012: NVC Received Case
01/08/2013: Received Case Number/IIN; DS-3032/I-864 Bill
01/08/2013: DS-3032 Sent
01/18/2013: DS-3032 Accepted; Received IV Bill
01/23/2013: Paid I-864 Bill; Paid IV Bill
02/05/2013: IV Package Sent
02/18/2013: AOS Package Sent
03/22/2013: Case complete
05/06/2013: Interview Scheduled

06/05/2013: Visa issued!

06/28/2013: VISA RECEIVED

07/09/2013: POE - EWR. Went super fast and easy. 5 minutes of waiting and then just a signature and finger print.

08/17/2016: Interview scheduled & approved.

09/16/2016: Scheduled oath ceremony.

09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!

Did you send it regular mail or Express. You should be able to track if sent express.

17-Dec-11 Met my wife for first time

24-Jul-12 - Married in Philippines, Honeymoon in Hong Kong

20-Sep-12 - Return to Philippines for visit/Medical/finish up i-130

2-Oct-12 - I-130 Sent (Fedex)

3-Oct-12 - Received at Phoenix Lockbox

09-Oct-12- NOA1 email/SMS : I-130 transferred to NBC

12-Dec-12 - File appeared in Case status

25-Dec-12 - Returned to Philippines for Christmas and New Years

4-Jan-13- Learned my file was transferred to local office on Nov 27

17-Jan-13- I-130 Approved

Definitely give USCIS a call, if you sent it via express mail, you definitely should have gotten your paper NOA1 already. Did you include a G-1145 for e-notification?

If you used standard mail and didn't use G-1145, wait a few more days and then call them.

thank you guys , well my husband paid the lawyer for over night mail !! but we dont know if the lawyer have done it or not ?!!!!! you know how they are :angry: today my husband is going to call this lawyer to get the tracking number from her :bonk: hope it is ok

Probably your best bet is to contact the lawyer. I hope they have some answers for you.

just found out that the lawyer didnt send my document on 1th of October as she supposed to !!!!! :bonk: she sent it on 09 october !!!!

and my hubby check the tracking number that she gave him and it shows that they got it at uscis on 11th !! but we still didnt received any email anyway ,so maybe we get something soon :( dont knowwwww :(

hmm, im kind of worried now too.

I sent my I-130 to the chicago Lockbox last week and it arrived there Friday[10/12/2012]. I know it hasn't been a week yet businees days wise, but so far I haven't gotten an email saying I have a NOA1. You guys think since I used an international money order that could be a hold up? But I can't deem that to be a reason since its like a check anyways...

10/10/12 - I-130 Sent (Japan Post)
10/12/12 - Received at Chicago Lock Box
10/15/12 - NOA1(no email, had to call and find out and recieved the hard copy 10/22/12) case at NBC
12/14/12 - NOA2(no email once again,randomly checked it online)
01/07/13 - NVC Case Received
01/25/13 - Case Number assigned and AOS fee billed(somehow NVC didn't write down the proper emails for my husband and I )
3/06/13 - AOS invoice paid!(more like the 4th,when they withdrew the money!)
3/04/13 - DS-3032 email sent
3/13/13 - DS-3032 replied to
3/14/13 - IV invoice billed
3/16/13 - IV invoice bill paid
3/19/13 - NVC withdrew my money(waiting for the PAID STATUS)
3/24/13 - IV invoice officially paid
4/03/13 - Sent AOS and IV (without PCC....doh!) package via next day mail
4/04/13 - AOS & IV Package received
4/16/13 - AOS accepted(found out by phone april 17th)
4/17/13 - NVC wants PCC(found out via phone)CHECKLIST!
4/18/13 - Sent PCC with checklist (cover letter, etc) next day mail
4/19/13 - PCC delivered
4/30/13 - Case Complete(Lord, PLEASE!!! LET ME GET IT BY THE END OF APRIL!!) #### YEAH!
5/13/13- Interview date assigned & received Packet 4
5/16/13- Package left NVC for Tokyo(I assume it will get there in 3days)
5/20/13- Package delivered to Tokyo embassy
5/21/13- Medical
