2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office
3/26/2013 Service request generated
4/12/2013 Infopass, file in workflow March 28
4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

09/10/2013 Interview date assigned

Embassy

08/14/2013 Medical; 08/19/2013 Medical Ready

08/07/2013 Police cert ordered (Fiji delivers straight to the embassy)

10/02/2013 Interview

The DCF petitions are treated very differently. From all indications those of us residing in non-DCF countries are remaining at NBC to be processed.

Hello everyone. I'm not a October filer, I filed in September 9, 2012 and I got my noa1 on sept. 18, 2012. im still waiting for my noa2 plus I have to do a interview :( In Memphis. anyone else have this problem ?

local office interviews have been more common. Most people go in and come out with approval.

Question guys i have file form I-130 only, USCIS received my I130 on December 24th my husband is stil a resident but he is a month away from becoming a US citizen, on the uscis wedsite my status just change to post decision activity and reads On February 11, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

So i guest they will send it to the Department of State, is this where they schedule the interviews?
