I am wondering how many there are here that filed their I130 petition in Aug or Sept 2012 and have been transferred to the NBC in Missouri?

FYI - because of the back log at CSC and VSC petitions are being transferred to NBC to assist them.

Yea so am I. Im getting impatient already with the wait and its only been a little over a month. I just wish one of us transferrers would get approved so that we could know theres some progress.

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I am wondering how many there are here that filed their I130 petition in Aug or Sept 2012 and have been transferred to the NBC in Missouri?

FYI - because of the back log at CSC and VSC petitions are being transferred to NBC to assist them.

Today, 9/21/12, I joined the few that are confused on why their case got sent to USCIS-NBC in Missouri!!

I filed September 11, 2012 and received First NOA from local USCIS (Laguna Niguel) 9/17/12 that I-130 was received and in process. Today, 9/21/12, received another NOA from local USCIS (Laguna Zniguel) that my case was transfered to USCIS-NBC in Missouri.

My NOA says:

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case. That office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case.

Please refer to the USCIS processing dates webpage, via the USCIS home webpage http:// www.uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm, to locate the processing dates fot the specific service center that your case was transferred to. If the service center is within processing tine for your particular application or petition, USCIS cannot provide an update on you case. I the service center is outside of processing time for you particular application or petition, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 to request an update.

Started the IR-1/CR-1 Journey

9/11/12 - Sent I-130 Packet to LockBox via USPS

9/17/12 - Received Text and Email of USCIS Acceptance Confirmation

9/1712 - Received First NOA from local USCIS (Laguna Niguel) I-130 recceived and in process

9/21/12 - Received another NOA from local USCIS (Laguna Niguel) I-130 transfered to USCIS-NBC in Lee's Summit, MO...

2/7/13 - Received email/text that my I130 was approved.

2/14/13 - Received official NOA2 approval notice via mail.

3/21/13 - Called NVC to get Case Number. Case was input in the morning. They gave me my case number.

3/22/13 - Paid AOS and Beneficiary filled out DS-261 Choice of Address and Agent online.

3/27/13 - Emailed AOS (I-864EZ)

3/28/13 - Paid IV Bill Online and Beneficiary filled out DS-260 Online

4/9/13 - Emailed Civil Documents

Now waiting for interview date!!!

I was also transferred to NBC.

2013 began CR1 process

Fast forward to:

2/24/16- Husband received 10 year green card

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

5/9/16 Scan Date

6/10/16 Case Complete

8/8/16 Received Interview Date

9/20/16 Interview Date

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

TERMINATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012.
