Some of you may remember, but a couple months ago I had made a post desperately seeking advice because I had originally only sent the I129F application and payment. I didn't send anything else because I thought I only needed that if they approved us for the interview. After joining visa journey I realize this awful mistake. Some of you told me that I would probably just get an RFE, some said that I should just start reapplying because I will be denied, and I think one person told me to try and send in the rest now. Being hormonal and crazy I called my mom crying. She told me to call USCIS to see what I should do. I talked to two different agents. One told me I can try to send in the rest of the stuff but there isn't a guarantee that they will match it up. Then the second guy ( he was a moron) told me to just wait I will probably just get an RFE, but I just assumed the worst because I hadn't even sent proof that I was a USC. Anyway I talked to my mom again and she told me I have to mail in the rest now! to just try and stop thinking the worst. So I stopped crying, called my fiance made him overnight the paperwork I needed from him, put together the most organized amazing packet I could. With an extra letter begging whoever reads this packet to please forgive me for the awful mistake I have made, and please try to match my things together that I didn't want this mistake to rob my fiance and our soon to be baby of their time together. This whole time I was really bracing myself for at least an RFE.

Well this morning I was oversleeping ( like usual, I cant wait to have this baby so my body can be back to normal) I was awaken by a text message from USCIS. I thought hmm do I really want to be depressed first thing this morning, but of course I couldn't wait a second later. I logged on and to my shock they said they have approved our petition! I cant even believe this right now. I called my fiance whose phone was dying and he was so happy! Baby is even happy she kicked a couple times and she usually likes to nap at this time. We had even came to the conclusion that if by the time I'm done with my masters ( may) if he wasnt here, I would move to Nigeria because its more important for us to be living together as a family then anything else that we are doing now! I know its not over, but I honestly feel like I lost 1000 pounds from this news. Thanks for your insight everyone thus far. Those of you that have been waiting right with me, you day is coming soon! Stay blessed people!
