Embassy Review : Thank you Jesus for answered prayers and for all your blessings and amazing favour and grace..... My visa was approved today after a long immigration process I went through.....

I will try and be very detailed about my experience hehe.... My interview was scheduled for 10am and I and hubby was there by 9 am... We waited for like 30mins and they told us to starting queing up, we were told to enter a waiting room, while there they asked for my interview letter and the lady gave me a small piece of paper to fill and a card.... She told me I should also open my medical envelope, like what most people have said, you don't need to take your xray with you. Okay I sat down and filled the form I had and waited for like 15mins then went through the first security, and the security officer was curious to know what I had in my bag, because I was carrying a hand luggage filled with evidence and also another bag filled with evidence, the security officer said that am really prepared for this LOL..... After the first security check, we went through another check inside the embassy.... At the door of the interview room,I picked a number and I got a weird number B419 lol..... I waited for like another 45 mins then my name was called and I asked for 3 passport pics and my passport and also a copy of my Birth certificate then she told me to wait for my proper inetrview..... We waited for like 2 hours before they started interviewing us, was so hungry and cold inside there... A lady started interviewing and she was sooo cheerful and nice and at that moment I told God I want the lady to interview me and as God made it so, my number flashed at her counter and I was soooo happy.

I walked up and we greeted each other, she was so cheerful and full of smiles...She told me to swear and gave me the DS-230 form to sign and I signed and did my finger print and then the interview started.....

Who is petitioning for me?

How did we meet?

Who introduced us?

What does he do for a living?

Do I have any relatives in the US?

Where do each of them stay?

She said that she noticed I was here last year on a K-1 and was denied based on the traditional issue and I told her yes...

When we got married?

Asked for my phone records I provided both rebtel showing hubby's calls to me and T-mobile recoreds showing my number calling him, I highlighted my numbers though, then she was looking at my pictures, she was asking who and who are in the pictures and I explained to her

Asked what I like about my hubby

How many times my hubby has come back to nigeria and when last I saw him

And then she told me I have a lot of evidence and I don't have a problem I should pick up my Visa next week..... I came out and did some dance moves, my hubby ran up to me and we hugged.

Thank you all my VJ family for all the support God bless y'all abundantly
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
