It shows entry/exit stamps (proof of meeting for K1). For the US Citizen, it can be used to prove citizenship in lieu of birth certificate.

I did not make copies of the blank pages. Just the ones with stamps on them and the biographical page with my photo. You have to prove that you have met within two years. A blank page in your passport does not prove anything to anybody.

I think you have to make copies for only the biographic page and the pages with the relevant information for the proof of what you want.

If you are using your passport to prove US citizenship in place of a birth certificate, then yes you must include copies of all pages.

If you are using it to show your passport stamps to prove proof of meeting, then no. Just the bio page and pages the stamps are on will do.

There is another reason to copy all of the pages which isn't in writing. This is to show that you are not trying to; #1-hide anything and #2- that nothing has been manipulated in your passport. There are several super senior members who advocate this. I am of the same opinion.

To me it boiled down to the balance between saving 5 cents per 10 pages versus getting an RFE.

In the linked thread on my sig, the CO said too much data doesn't hurt and it may help because the adjudicator may leaf through the behemoth package and find an answer he is looking for instead of sending an RFE. I garnered that the adjudicators do not really want to send an RFE and would rather approve.

Ahh... I only made copies of:

• FRONT cover
• BACK cover
• pages with stamps
• pages with photo
• pages with visa

But not the blank pages... mmm better safe than sorry... do all of it.
