Going through vawa right now. Everything going great except for the part my abusive husband might lie to uscis saying I am a prostitute. He is not one of the normal guy . He just likes his wife ###### my lots of people and show off his wife that means me to guys for extra attension. Probably he got thousand of videos and pictures. He will try to do anything to kiss me out of this country after doing lots of nasty things. Can someone prove he or she is a prostitute only with the videos of sex when there is no money involve and it was done for his own enjoyment ? Is it good idea to hire a lawyer and stop him from saying and doing that? Any help will be appreciated.

I am going through vawa. Stress out right now. What happens if vawa is denied? Going through divorce also. When divorce is finalized and vawa in case doesn't proof. What happens if you get married again? Do you have to go back to your country i order to come back on marriage visa?

If VAWA is denied you have to leave. If you remarry your new spouse will have to petition you for a spousal visa to return. If you overstay you'll need a waiver.

To make my story short those videos are made by him some are hidden camera not really coz he wanted to make secret videos and some are him being there but his face it' not there. He still wants me back but I am not going back to him. I would like to go back to my country and he wants me either go back and be his wife or return back to my country. I choose to go back but I can't forgive for what he did. I would be happy to go back but he needed to be locked up. No there is not any videos that are made secret. All he is going to say uscis is I am a prostitute. But I am not even worried now because if he can prove I am a prostitute I can prove he is a pimp too. I was physically mentally emotionally abused and ended up going to hospital for couple of times . I regret for letting him make videos but there is nothing I can do. I don't mind going back home as long as he gets locked up so a girl like me won't have to suffer. I think he brought me to Bombay instead USA. This is USA ? Having sex with lots of people doesn't matter as long as your husband says it ok and he involves in it. Who haven't gone through what I have then try to marry him and prove me you enter in to a marriage in a good faith I will give you all the 100k I have. This is all very sad and a twisted tale of poor choices. You already know what your options are. What is it exactly that you want and expect people here to tell you? Will you do what people you dont know, have never seen and know nothing of your culture tell you to do?

You say he wants you back. If you go back all of this will continue. If you do that start with an appointment with a quality shrink.

You say you want to go back to Thailand. The plane leaves everyday. Get on it and go back to the life you had before this insanity began.

You say you want him locked up to save others from him. Leave that to Buddha and Karma. You cant even handle your own situation let alone anothers.

Human trafficing is a serious crime. If he brought you here to sell you contact the state attorney right away. Don't pass go or collect $200.00. Call the state attorney and have him prosecuted right now.
