Yes. I think the same that there is nothing to worry about. As I already said that I always email NVC about my case update on the 1st of every month. They reply to email when they send interview letters to everyone. The reply that says "You are under list of documentarily qualified cases but a visa is not available for you...". So like every month I sent the email on Sept 1st, and still waiting, which means that they are still working for interviews. Lets hope for the best. Take care guys!

I need some info plz...

After I-130 is approved,Can anyone tell me if they applied for both NVC processing as well as waiting for applying AOS in US?

I was planning to apply for AOS here if my PD would be current but my visa is expiring soon so in the worst case Can I start NVC processing (counsular processing)now. How long does it take usually?

I hope the NVC acts in a professional manner and releases the VB on the same day every month. Some of the things in this country are really unbelievable..The NVC should have access to every consulates' calenders so they can start scheduling by themselves and not to wait for the consulate's approval.

Visa statistics has been updated, VB usually follows on the same day or next day. In this case it is likely to be released tomorrow.

I would check with a lawyer. I came as child to the US on B2 visa. My I94 expired over 10 yrs ago and my lawyer told me i will be able to apply for AOS here in US. meanwhile I just applied for DEFERRED ACTION ( DREAM ACT ) from the president. Hopefully my Employment Authorization Card should come soon. my pd is Dec 26, 2010 hopefully when time comes i'll apply for AOS and everything will be fine. Best way to go is through a lawyer. They do this for a living they know what they are doing. every case is different good luck!

Good luck to Qasir and those who became current this time. Really happy for you guys. The NVC has once again proved that there is no guarantee that the VB will advance fast if they don't schedule any interviews before.

1st June, 2010. Just 3 weeks of advance movement when we have a whole new fiscal year just started. Can't believe.

Also, this is the second new fiscal year after the retrogression and the PD hasn't reached the pre-retro date yet.
