The income requirements are $18,912 for 2012. You need to find a co-sponsor, if the country she is in allows them. Not all do.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Find a co-sponsor or you have no chance of getting a visa. It will be denied due to the insufficient income.

Wait, wait, wait.....I have a question also. If his income is not sufficient then how did their case get through the NVC? Her visa is CR-1? How did she obtain an interview through the NVC without an approved I-864?

Man, you post the same question day after day, several times a day.

No sufficient petitioner income and no co-sponsor = NO VISA. Got it?

Your fiancee must file the 864 with the CO.

Pretty sure the NVC doesn't really decide whether it is sufficient or not. They will ask for proof at interview and if provided income is insufficient they might give extra time (30 days?) to get sufficient income (ie cosponsor) and take it to the embassy.

so, advice given about getting a co-sponser/joint-sponser went unheaded? OK ! Tempus Fugit !

can u tell me will she get denied at the us embassy in manila not much income...

she will be asked to show an I-864 from a joint sponser or a new I-864 from you showing other things, like verifible assets.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Getting a clearer picture with every post. OP even though you ask the question what you really want to know is will the CO deny her during her interview and you won't have to get your hands dirty from telling her you've had a change of heart. Nearly everyone has said you need a co-sponsor and without one the probability for denial is better than getting struck by lightning twice. Hmmmmm what to do? what to do????

so maybe OP wants to know if he can just let her go to interview to get denied rather than withdraw the petition...? It kinda reads like the OP is the beneficiary trying to figure things out (like where the rest of this man's money is!).

$500*12 months = $6000

I love my husband but I don't give him 85% of the money I live off of.
