Updating the example PDF forms (e.g. the G-325A etc) would be nice. A lot of them are either out of date (they don't match current issued forms) or were filled in very oddly. I ran into some minor confusion when using them as a point of reference.

Co-sign on this one. The I-134 has also changed (some additional fields and another signature/initial line).

1. Accurate information on obtaining an SSN. It is not necessary to wait 2 weeks for a K-1 to receive an SSN, they can get one right away, usuallynext day after arriving

Sorry, is not 'next day', alas. It worked for Alla, so it was a good thing.

ALL IS contingent on WHEN the entry is viewable in the SAVE database.

CBP folk do data entry after the POE event(1 to 10 days here), but the update to SAVE is not in real time - SAVE is a batch system, with updates occuring anywhere from 2 to 5 days from last keyboard touch.

IMO, Alla was very lucky. Others get lucky, also. To claim 'usually next day' - I'm sorry, that just ain't right.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The other issue is people who create FAKE timelines in order to set up an account which will throw data off. Plus what if someone just wants to ask questions and isn't at the filing stage yet? Or who are coming to ask qns for a friend (one just yesterday). They have no timeline to complete.

I do agree with the idea though... but it seem to hard to control given the variables.

Whoa I never thought of it that way...I am so naive when it comes to do things on the sly :o

This is a small thing: adding a section in the IR-1/CR-1 guide for non-DCF overseas filers. There seems to be a lot of confusion concerning using an overseas address for the petitioner because USCIS operators say that they will not mail Notices of Action to overseas addresses. That is not true!

I would like to assist in fixing the current AOS from K1 one to look more like the AOS thread in my signature (ignoring the top part) so that it more thoroughly explains the process and what you need to include. Many people get confused with the present guide because the present one has the I-131 and I-765 listed but their supporting docs aren't. It doesn't tell you where you can find the A number and visa number and stuff like that.

Just an idea anyway.
