Hi,

I filed my applications on August 25, got the text message 8/29, I-797 and biometric appointment letter arrived 9/7. The biometric was for 9/27, but I did early walk-in on 9/9 successfully, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

When I try to enter case number on USCIS website, it shows my case number cannot be found. I'm in NYC, and filed at Chicago Lockbox.

Is this some cause to worry? I'm quite nervous since my work authorization ends at the beginning of December...

Yes she need aply for renewal

Incorrect. If you have ever had an SSN, that is your number for life. So no need for a renewal. Though if he lost the SS card, he should apply for a new one. He won't get a new number though, and his SS number is valid now and will be for life.

I am waiting my GC and EAD. I filed on 10th of Nov, 2011.

Biometrics happened on 30th of Nov. Hopefully my things would also be done just like yours in around 60 days.

I cant wait to get to work anymore.

Hello,

Me and my wife just got married under the K1 Visa, so now we are applying for the AOS and the EAD.

I have several questions. First, when will I receive a SSN. It's my first time in the US under a Visa so I don't have one for now.

Then, concerning the I-694, I had my medical visit about a month and a half ago, just want to make sure I won't need an other medical examination if I just fill the vaccination record.

I also wanted to know if I need an official translation of my birth certificate and if this one needs to be issued within 3 months.

Thank you.

Jeremy
