I know someone in Nigeria who received the SAME letter ... it's a SCAM! Also, I no longer have the alert from USCIS (I registered to receive News Releases) but I recently received a notice from USCIS mentioning that very scam, I deleted the email (from USCIS) because it didn't apply to me (if I still had the email from USCIS I would've forwarded it to you)
