Now my dream of a Russian wife is dead, as that was my second I-129f filing. I am sure Elena is very happy at the destruction she wrought on my life.

I am very sorry about you're relationship.. I know this can be very crushing... I hope to encourage you..

Why do you feel your dream is dead? You should know, you can meet someone again and submit another petition if you need to.. You may need to also submit a waiver, but unless USCIS finds you're involved in a Visa Scam, (doubtful) those waivers usually get approved..

Maybe someone who has experience with this can offer some thoughts...

My only advise is to take time to heal.. and when you're ready, then get back into the dating game.. There are many sincere wonderful people all over the world, not only Russia or Ukraine, but other wonderful places as well..

Your dream doesn't need to end! Keep your hope alive!!!

Thank you all for your support, but I must disagree that USCIS did me a favor by delaying my NOA2 for all of this time.

Elena's problems were all imaginary, making all sorts of outrageous claims that were simply untrue. When I pressed her for specifics on the claims she made against me, the answer was always the same: "I don't know".

Had she been here and therefore unable to refuse to communicate with me for 31 days like she did, I could have broken her determination to refuse to listen to anybody or anything except for her own sick fantasies. Also, starting up the bulldozer would have resulted in her deportation, thereby greatly increasing her incentive to see things my way.

Unfortunately, USCIS will only now have one failed K-1 against her, as her first victim was from England, so she may very well conjure up some lies about me to her next victim to cover herself. I am purposely not withdrawing my I-129f so it can go down in the computers as a failed K-1. Hopefully this will haunt her for several years and prevent her from striking again until she is too old for any man to want to bother with her.

The sad truth is that she does not only lie to others; she lies to herself and refuses to deal with her mental problems, preferring to set someone else up for a fall so she can rationalize that it is his fault. I am sure she believes me to be some kind of hideous monster out to ruin her life. I know (and so do many of you know) how aggressive I can get when my interests are threatened, but all she got from me was love and kindness, even during the 31 days of silence. I sent her flowers. I sent her chocolates. I sent her a stuffed teddy bear. I sent her love notes. I sent her e- cards. I e-mailed her love songs. And she did not acknowledge any of it. She was stubbornly determined to destroy, destroy, destroy, and that is what she did.

Al --I am so sorry to hear about your situation . I missed you buddy ,and was concerned and even asked persons about you since you had dropped off the VJ radar several months ago . Just be strong buddy .I know starting all over agaian is going to be rough , but you will make it .

After 6 1/2 long agonizing months, I finally got my NOA2. And then two days later, the woman who I thought loved me crushed my life completely.

I'm really sorry to hear this, it's such a shame after all that waiting :( Hope you're coping OK, I know it must be truly horrendous for you right now.

I agree with the other posters who said it's better that this happened now, before she was in the US - she could've screwed you over even more once you'd signed the affidavit of support for her AOS.

Best wishes for the future

Thats rough man sorry to hear it, but on the bright side better it happen before you bring her here then after. She is not the only woman in the world you will find another in time. It sucks to have your heart broken my ex wife did that to me but she waited until she had her 10 year GC. The day she got it in the mail she asked for a divorce. In hind sight was the best thing in the world because I met Theary. That was the best thing to ever happen to me and I had already accepted the fact I never want to marry again. There is life after a broken heart trust me. Daniel

That's awful Al. I was rooting for you since I signed up here and saw someone was as frustrated and unapologetic as I was. If you've got a thing for Russian women you could always take a trip to Coney island. Plenty of Russian ladies there and summer's just around the corner B-) .

I understand what you feel. I had a more unhappy end 6 years ago. But thanks God, it happened earlier than later, so it didn't cause more damage. Since that, for about 6 years, I have been collecting and strengthening myself. I went to college and graduate schools and finally accomplished 2 Master's degrees. Those 6 years are the most valuable years in my life. I once gave up looking for a soul-mate outside the states because of that bad experience. But you never know, now I meet a really good lady in the country where my first case came from. And I believe she is the best for me.

Just don't feel so sad and frustrated. Sometimes one bad thing can bring a new good thing.

Good luck!

After reading the thread on the other forum russianwomendiscussion.com, it appears there is more to the story we're not getting here.. so everyone beware, the OP is clearly hurt and angry, but there is two sides to this, and I don't beleive he's a victim of a scam... It's pretty clear his fiance was justfiably scared due to the OP's extreme opinions..
