Give at least 15 days to appear them online. Many people are not able to see their cases online even after a month (Including me).

Wee, they're working on my case again. Only took 8 days from RFE notice to working on it again, so, I'm happy it's back on track.

I can't believe so many of you can't see your cases online.. I'm addicted to em as usual, I'd go mad if I couldn't check the status. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

Before Journey:

Met online in 2002 as friends. Fell in love in 2005. Got engaged in 2010.

K-1 Journey, January 2010-July 2010:

NOA1: January 29. RFE: April 21. NOA2: June 4. Interview: July 15. Visa in hand: July 20. POE: July 22.

July 24, 2010: Married in front of 150 of our loved ones on a beautiful, sunny day. Living happily ever after and oh so thankful that 5 years of a long distance relationship and 7 months of a visa process is condensed into one line.

Wedding pictures! Because I'm shameless. http://s956.photobucket.com/albums/ae47/AmeriDaneWedding/

Adjustment of Status Journey, January 2011-March 2011:

January 25: NOA1 for AOS and EAD. Feb 5: Bio appointment received. Feb 7: RFE. Feb 11: Sent RFE response. Feb 23: AOS transfered to CSC. Feb 25: Biometrics. March 11: EAD approved! March 19: Received EAD. March 21: AOS approved! March 25: GC in hand!

And we'll live happily ever after.. for the next 2 years, anyway.

My husband still hasn't gotten a biometrics letter. Sheesh. I guess I'll have to call sometime soon. I don't really want to call but I think my husband is going to be the last person here in this thread to get a biometrics letter.

Wow.. you're far more patient than me. I would have been livid after 2 weeks. My New Jersian is showing, I suppose. :ranting: Good luck, I hope it'll make them jump start your case.

I just got back from my bio appt in Buffalo, it was quick n easy I showed up early (8:30am vs. 9) to make sure there were no issues and they took me as soon as finished filling out a little form, they were very nice, and it was over in like 5-10min. On another note, I can see my case statuses online but they have not changed one bit since I first looked they still haven't been 'touched' or anything since Jan 27th..... Hopefully it won't be long now that my biometrics are in.....*fingers crossed*

I just got off the phone to USCIS about the cases not showing online. Not because it mega bothers me (I have the NOA1s and biometrics letter so at least I know I'm progressing) but because it would be nice to see things like transfers etc.

He said its a mega issue with the system and 50% of the calls they get every day is about this as only about 20% of the cases are online. They are aware of the problem, they are attempting to fix the problem but he does not see it being resolved any time soon - he predicted at least another 2 weeks. Oh and he was a level 2 representative so sounded fairly knowledgeable.

So I guess all can be done is to check every day or 2 to see if they've fixed it and chill in the interim :D

Congratulations. You have pulled way ahead of us. My wife's Biometrics is Feb. 24. I went to the USCIS web-site for our San Jose ASC (or is it ACS) and it says you MUST have an appointment. You cannot just walk-in. So I do not want to risk upsetting USCIS and trying to walk-in. Will wait for Feb. 24.

But then I hope the interview is schedule for 4 to 6 weeks later.

Good luck all.

Seriously, is my husband the last person in this thread to not get his biometrics letter yet? I just called USCIS to ask about it and they told me we have to give it 30 days after he received his NOA's in the mail to receive his biometrics letter. (He received his NOA's January 25) So she told me to call back next week if by then he still hasn't gotten his biometrics appointment letter yet.

xiucai, would you mind if I asked you a question? Since you said your biometrics letter was dated the day you called about it, did they tell you on the phone that they were going to send out the letter that day? Or did they tell you you have to wait the full 30 days after you received your NOA's, like they said to us?
