Just received an email from USCIS saying my case was transferred to California : On February 14, 2011, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

things are just moving fast now. Got the text that our AOS interview is set up for March 16. That's pretty good Valentine's Day gift! One month and hopefully everything with USCIS will be over for 2 years!

Moving at last...

We first met online 2004, but things started to get serious in Dec 2007. Made my first visit to the USA in march 2008 for 2 weeks. Then returned again in Aug 2008 for 3 months.. Then i came back to the UK for 5 months to return back to the USA April 2009 for another 3months.

I posted mine 20 Jan, it was signed for 25 Jan. NOA1s were dated 31 Jan but not received until 7 Feb due to the snow so hang in there love I'm sure they're not far off. And despite filling in the email notification forms I haven't had any nor am I currently trackable on the USCIS website lol - gotta love it aye!
