Congrats on everyone having their interview date set.

We're still waiting, no email or anything :(

It seems I'm the only one waiting for an interview in Nicaragua, I wouldn't think they're packed, who knows, I pray to God we get it soon.

Congratz to all that have received there interviews......I still havent received nothing they told me to call back monday

Don't be hopeless. Your consulate seems to be one of the busiest. I have seen several DR people on here that waited months for their interview date. You will get yours soon I hope. As long as you know that they are not singling you out; it is just busy and/or backlogged.

Mrs. Thomas

NVC:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

I am getting more and more confused with every minute that passes on what papers to bring to the interview. :help:

I think these are the things i need to bring:

* The medical examination results if not submitted to the Embassy/Consulate by

the physician

* The correct size and number of photographs

* Valid passport for all traveling applicants

* Email appointment letterAppointment Letter

No more birthcertificate, marriagecert., policerecords, AOS or DS-230 right ??? coz we already sent those in and those papers are being transfered to the Embassy right ?

Can you tell me what all of you are bringing to the interview please

Thanks

Some consulates have specific guidelines on what to bring. Check the website for your country to see if they have anything posted. Also, I would bring everything that was sent in the AOS and IV packets just in case. Sometimes they don't even ask for any of it at the interview but you never know. When my husband goes in for his interview he will have to take everything in because that is what they require in Guyana. It seems kind of redundant, but I think sometimes they are either trying to test you to see if your documents match up or even they too can misplace (scary huh) documents.

The Embassy in my country does not have any specific guidelines... When you say bring everything that was sent in the AOS and IV package, do you mean a copy of those packages, coz i don't think there is enough time left before my interview to have my husband fill in those papers (AOS) again and send them to me ???

Since you don't have specific guidelines I think a copy of everything would be fine; in my husband's case he will take in the originals.

Make sure you and your husband go over the AOS packet to make sure that everything is in order because they do miss things sometimes at the NVC level. The consulates/embassies is where they really scrutinize everything. Also, don't forget your evidence of ongoing relationship.

I'm pretty sure I can count myself to the September Interviewers too.

We are currently waiting for the package to be sent to the embassy in Austria. They will then call me to arrange an interview date with me, since our case is expedited. Maybe they can even accomodate something for the last week of August. Not getting my hopes up too high tho. ^^

I'll go get my medical done next week wed/thur that's for sure.

Good luck to you all!

Alles wird gut und wenn es noch nicht gut ist, ist es noch nicht vorbei.
