AOS fee and IV fee WILL have to be paid online

you can ONLY pay ONLINE using a checking account, I think they allow you to pay by mailed check, but that will delay processing your case.

IIN will come to you with the email for AoS bill, it's in the last page of the pdf attachment they send you, you do not need to ask the operator for it

NVC case number you should have already or you will get that in the subject of the email and in the attachment and other palces

I got the choice of agent and AOS bill (via email)that same day I gave them the two emails.

I also sent out the choice of agent email to them that same day. It was just fine.

Have your checkbook ready because you will need it to pay your AoS fee tomorrow.

See my signature on how fast things go at this stage.

I wish if that was the case.... i have not receive any e mail from them.. about anything... and i gave them my e mail and stuff in the early morning. i called them 7:30 am and was on hold till 8:10 , then finally got to speak to someone. looks like they only have my case scanned in to their system BUT not manually put into the system yet. lets see.

P.S.. what kinda e mail it looks when NVC sends u one??? like title and subject and sender??? Thanks.

my wife has been trying to reach NVC number...but the numbers been so busy. anybody else faced the prob?

Now just wonder, why we not able to reach the AVR..we are trying just for the case number.

and hey waiter, teya, march2010.. the AOS fee and IV fee is to be paid online, right? And for that, you need

1. credit/debit card/ online banking account

2. IIN which NVC opertaor has to provide

3. NVC Case number.

and Teya, no co-sponsor. dropped the idea of requesting that uncle. we will rely on the current income of my wife...

Ummm yeah lines are mostly busy but i had success bu re dialing couple of times. I think u need U S based checking account for payments. and for IIN have no idea who gives that...

Oh yea we finally got one last Monday.

It's Aug 24 at 7:30 am!

I will fly over on Aug 18... still ticket shopping!

Oh, wow, they sure make you wait for the interview. In a way it's good because you won't be spending so much on airfare. Good luck!!! Hopefully you won't leave there wihout him.

I think the ONLY good thing about waiting til Aug is that we will save about $600 on my ticket.

Now we aren't sure if he will fly back with me Sept 7 even if we get thru without AP. His company pays a good bonus at the end of Sept for Ramamdan, so he may wait til the end of the month for that. It isn't exactly what we WANT to do, but the money would be helpful.

Drive by hi:

Trying to get ready for a crazy trip to Russia, but I wanted to drop a line to Ally and say GLAD to see you got your interview finally. Was wondering if you did.

Anyway, good luck with planning for the fun.

Everyone else,

Good luck dealing with NVC.

No real wise words, just don't lose hope if you find yourself frustrated; we've all been there, made it through and you will too.

Yes, the number can be very very busy. I once had to call like 50 times in a row once until i got a free line.

Your best bet is to call right in the morning at 7:30. That worked for me. I got right through and had an operator on the line after 2 seconds.

The IIN information has been recently updated in the LingChe guide. The IIN comes in the e-mail that NVC will send you , like March2010 said in his earlier post. The e-mail sender is NVC Inquiry and the subject line is your case number.

Good luck to everyone the rest of this week! I hope we can all get some good news!

hi, is it ok to just sending DS 3032 via email but no hard copy to NVC?

Yes, it's ok to send just the email, however to be safe, I sent both. You can send them the same day you give NVC your two emails. It takes about a week to get the choice of agent accepted.

ok, finally, finally got my case number.... just gave 2 email addresses to the operator. i'm about to email the choice of agent 3032 form... then got confused. i am presuming that you guys emailed the form from the beneficiary's email right? 'cause technically, this should come from them...

thanks guys for your clarification. have a good day.

thank you, March2010.. i think i read too much the other day.... they were discussing what if NVC also checks out IP addressess of the emails they get? they were saying that the actual beneficiary should email because they may have the capability to check IP addresses.

Hopefully it won't matter, I know my wife's email so basically I will be sending the email from her account... :)

I read that too, but apparently they do not, which kind of makes sense, because what if your spouse is visiting you in the US or what if they are in a different country other than the US or their home country. They would still have access to their own email from any country they are in, no? There are way too many possibilities. The IP checking thing in my mind is a myth.

Actually triaxx, I did not mail from the beneficiary's email address. I emailed from mine, the petitioner and I just cc'd the beneficiary and there were no problems.
