Monday will make 2 weeks since we got the email with our interview date.

There is still no AVR update that our case has been forwarded on to Jordan... it still just says CC on May 11.

Is this normal? Wondering if I should speak to an operator and make sure everything is ok!

It's normal Ally. It took them a while to forward my case to the embassy. My interview was scheduled on the 15th of June and the case wasn't forwarded until the 28th or so.

That makes me feel a little less worried about it. And there was a holiday in there too.

This has just been so stressful.... I just want it all over and done!

hey guys.. I dont know whats wrong but its been a month since we sent the MO for visa fee and we still havent received anything. I am worried again that they probably lost it like what happened to us in USCIS. Our papers in USCIS has been missing for 7-8 months and every time we call them... they kept telling us that they are still processing it until one time my husband got irritated already and finally they told us that our papers were missing. So i am deeply worried...

He called the NVC the other day, my husband ask lots of questions and i think the guy in the other line got irritated and told him "well sir you are not the only one applying... we receive over 200,000 application a day" my husband got irritated too because of the way he answered him about our papers so my husband told him "well sir maybe you could tell your boss to hire more people so you will not tell me that" and the guy in the other line hang-up. When he called again... a woman answered the phone and apologize. She gave the number of the supervisor and hubby called her. After checking our papers.. Maybe they realized their mistake... so she also apologize and told my husband that we will receive the papers that we need in the email the next day... now heres a thing.. its been 3 days already and now its weekend and we still havent received anything.. I dont know what to think anymore... tell me its really that long to cash the check? My husband doesnt have a bank account in US because of the incident happened to him before when he had a wreck and couldnt pay the credit bills. All our accounts are here in the Phils. thats the reason why we couldnt pay online. We are waiting for them to send us what we need so we could send the DS230 form. With DS230 we will still wait for another few months for them to process it..

Its so stressful....:angry::angry::wacko:

hi guys, happy for you waiter....

anyway, emailed our ds3032 last night... its been over a day, no automated reply for the emailed form. a bit worried. i guess this is one time mailing the actual 3032 is warranted, which is what i did today.

just wondering if this happened to anyone??? (emailed 3032 without an auto response)

hey triaxxx

Thanx..... and i got e mail of ds 3032 acceptance on friday from them.. telling me they got it and also i snail mailed then ds 3032 on friday as well. so i would say give it like 5 days, for them to e mail u back about ds 3032.

oh yah and i never got any auto confirmation responce from them after i sent then e mail.

I'm so glad you're finally getting a move on, Waiter. I STILL can't believe they made you so long for your NOA2! I'm happy you're back in action--Deb and I would often wonder how things were going at your end.

:)

hey sachinky.... I know u and deb were and are sooo nice. :) today when i checked online the status of my AOS bill.. it says its still in process BUT also my IV application bill is also ready to be paid... and i also got ds 3032 acceptance e mail from NVC on friday... so should i go ahead and pay IV bill? even though my AOS payment is still in process?

thanks friends.

Sorry to hear that David & Beng! I hope they get it figured out quickly for you.

Waiter- Go ahead and pay the bill. The AOS bill should clear soon. That is good that your DS3032 cleared and they are letting you pay the IV bill now! Hopefully you will be able to send off all of your papers soon and be done with the process and just waiting for an interview!

Although, if you'd like to wait until next week when the fee goes down....

I totally would've waited if I would've known they were decreasing the fee.

If it's already available to be paid, I doubt the amount will change.

It is supposed to go down from $355 to $330. So I'm guessing instead of $400, it will be $375.

Sachinky- True. That is lame for the people who have already paid/are getting their bills before July 13th.

I'm glad it's not a very large amount. This must be one of very few time where the government REDUCES fees instead of increasing them.
