Netbook, but I guess it counts as a laptop.

I also have a desktop, but it's still in Canada.

Yes, we have both too... I use my desktop for my photography as I need the speed and lots of memory... I use the laptop for everyday stuff and to take to meet with clients and around... My husband has his own laptop (for work) and a Macbook for his personal use.

TBone, I have new found respect for you. I'm using the same machine.

Your cliche, Si, Man, gets tiring, but any Mac user is alright with me.

I use an Acer Extensa5420 laptop at home and a Samsung netbook away from home. My husband - who is the computerphile - uses a desktop, a laptop, a netbook (often the netbook and laptop together with an additional monitor) and has another desktop as a midi setup as well. We run an internal network so everything can 'talk' to each other and share resources.I use Windows7 and Windows XP - he uses Windows XP and 2 different versions of Linux.

Both.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

We have one laptop each and a desktop in the basement. Never use the desktop though, the basement is so cluttered that it would probably take 30 mins to make a path to even get to it.
