I want to divorce current Husband since i have been cheating on it for the past 5months--we do not live in the same state.

My current boyfriend is here on an expired work visa.

It sounds like she is the US citizen and she is the one who cheated on her husband and is now looking for ways to divorce the Cameroon husband.

Is your husband aware of your infidelity to him?

You can divorce whenever you want to.But bare in mind that you are to support your soon tobe ex financially unfill he became a US citizen,i think.

Sister Len I think OP is a USC troll.

Get a divorce and then begin the process to adjust status for the new guy.

As others said, you are on the hook for the current husband's I-864. Divorce doesn't change that. So your household count goes up by 1.

Prepare carefully as the USCIS may see your actions as circumventing immigration law.

TRoll to me for sure has not been back since posting this.

To stay on topic though, I think you will have a ton of red flags if you go from one immigrant to another, you also have to declare the first immigrant on and otehr I-864 you file.

Prize catch you are for sure............

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
