Removing of Conditions Timeline

05/29/2007 - Sent package to NSC

05/31/2007 - Package received by NSC

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received

Well, my story is quite boring...

Of course, I am from Georgia... hence Dixie...

And my grampie used to call me Peaches because as a kid, we had a peach orchard behind our house... and whenever I went "missing," they would find me in the peach orchard eating peaches... haha...

I didn't really use any imagination... I just went with what felt right...

I know... BORING!!!

Well Dave's last name is Knight and MrMrsKnight is a nickname we use everytime we have the same account somewhere! :star::thumbs:

And also because he found a notebook that I had when we met online.... and he saw how I used to practice writing my name like "Marcela Knight" or "Mrs.Knight".... he thought it was very cute!! :yes:

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

My screen name is the same one i've been using for years which i picked in early highschool back when i was still psycho crazy about horses.. I needed an email address and i was watching a show jumping competition.. and there was a Dutch horse there named De Sjiem (which supposedly stood for "The horse", but i have no idea which dialect that was because in regular dutch "the horse" is "de paard".. so i'm not even sure what it really means anymore...) Btw.. i picked the Dutch horse because both my parents came from the Netherlands and therefore i am full blooded Dutch.. anyways so thats the story behind my name.. lol

I chose j&js because our names are Julia and James. The s was just because j&j was already taken and S is his and eventually will be my last initial

11-15-2005: Sent in I-129F to VSC

11-21-2005: NOA1

11-29-2005: NOA2

12-05-2005: NVC recieved

12-17-2005: Packet 3 received from Dublin

1-11-2006: Sent packet 3 forms, etc. to Dublin

2-03-2006: Interview Date :)APPROVED!!!

2-05-2006: Flying to Logan Airport

2-11-2006: Wedding Date

3-14-2006: Filed AOS and EAD

3-22-2006: NOA1 (AOS and EAD)

4-07-2006: Biometrics

6-07-2006: EAD approved!!

7-24-2006: AOS Interview APPROVED!!!

7-27-2006: Received Welcome to America letter

8-03-2006: Green Card Received :)

When I first ever went online with good old AOL ( :unsure: ) I wanted my username to be WELSHCAKE ....a stogey,currant cake.....AOL didn't like it so I became a cookie instead!! I have used it ever since....and yes, I really am Welsh too.... :thumbs:

We filed I-130 march 21, 2005

Receipt date march, 30, 2005

Approval notice July 1, 2005

Case # change NVC July 21, 2005

Lawyer recieved fee bills Aug 9, 2005

Filed I-129f March 23, 2005

receipt date April 7, 2005

Approved july 5, 2005

Recieved packet from london July 15th, 2005

Finally mailed packet 3 Aug 5th, 2005

Medical appointment Aug. 13th, 2005

Interview date Sep. 2, 2005 Approved!!

Visa in hand sep. 3, 2005

Mian is single. Ishqs DUH is plural.
