Its funny how it happened, we got our first touch yesterday, the system updated the last date after a very hard week... we got so happy for the touch and we celebrated, and when i woke up in the morning, i read the email and i was too sleepy and I realized it wasn't just a touch, it was the approval notice =) .. so i had to wake her up at 4 AM :D

With the help of this community we were able to put the package together the right way. thx everybody =)

12.02.2008 - Married In Court In Amman.

16.02.2008 - Wedding Party.

12.03.2008 - I-130 Mailed.

19.03.2008 - I-130 Check Cashed.

21.03.2008 - I-130 NOA-1 Recieved In Mail.

13.06.2008 - I-130 Approved.

24.06.2008 - NVC Case No. Assigned.

01.07.2008 - NVC AOS Bill Generated.

30.07.2008 - NVC Case Complete.

21.10.2008 - Interview.

23.10.2008 - Visa.

29.10.2008 - US Entry.

Sent: May 19th 2008

NOA2: July 21st 2008

NVC

Received: July 24th 2008

Case completed: August 13th 2008

Interview: October 7th 2008

Green card received: January 20th 2009

I-751

Sent: October 6th 2010

Approval: January 28th 2011

Green Card received: February 3rd 2011

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires

08/15 Picked up packet 4 & medical check up

08/28 Submitted civil docs & paid $400 IV fee. Visa Interview & approved !!!

08/29 Visa in hand

09/30 POE IR1 visa interview took 166 days from the I-130 filing date (expedited).

10/04 Applied for SSN in married name.

11/11 Welcome notice received (dated 11/04)

11/15 Received Green card.

11/21 2nd Welcome notice received (dated 11/13)

11/24 Received SS card in maiden name.
