I still have not received my hardcopy of NOA1 receipts (for AOS, EAD and AP packets that we sent in on 5/23). I did receive text/email notifications though. We went for our biometrics appointment yesterday (so obviously received NOA1 hardcopy for that in mail). But nothing for the others.

Do you guys think this is a problem and should I call in?

I would call. Its better to have a copy for future EAD renewal or whatever else. After contacting customer service line you will probably get an email to lockebox to write for a copy of noa1.

Question

I’ve already filed and my husband wants to start a new job now that he’s finished school.

can he do that while my AOS is pending or would I have to re submit the application with the new job?

hes my sponsor but his parents are also my household members sponsoring me too!

EAD takes 4-6 months right now and Sacramento waiting times on family based AOS 9,5-16,5 months..

So probably somewhere in between those times. Nobody knows... I’m the same as you, case changed to ready to be scheduled (different state and office) which can takes months or more then a year ;) Also you won’t get any new notifications until they schedule your interview.

Take your marriage certificate if you changed your name.

I had to come back to get it.

Oh, thanks! But I didn’t change my name. I just finished my fingerprints appointment and it went so fast. The staff were super nice to me. I did ask when can I have my interview and he said, it can take a month or over a year.. good luck to everyone!

Well it’s been rejected on June 15 so I’m just waiting for them to send it all back to me and I’ll refile, still waiting on noa 1 for my other two forms. Says they sent them out June 15?
