Why were they denied? I think that will help people determine if it's something that can resolved or not.

Would be great to know too. Generally, it's relatively easy to provide proof for a bona-fide marriage (e.g. cohabitation, finances, trips) during a long time.

How long have you been married before getting a divorce?

No one can advise you here after two denials and in removal proceedings, you need a lawyer.

This seems like good advice. If you've been doing it yourself for 2 rounds, then it's time to hire a lawyer.

I agree that two denials is tough to overcome. Something just isn't doing it for you to be able to remove conditions. Did your ex contact USCIS and claim that the marriage wasn't bonafide? Was your marriage a very short one?

I agree that you need to contact a lawyer and be prepared to return to your country.

Though your story is long without knowing the reason for denial no one can even guess how to help you

and I agree that you need a good immigration lawyer.

Without knowing point A no one can guide you to point B.

Why are you telling him to return to his home country? Do you know his story? It's amazing how people can be inhuman and rude.

What do you suggest he do then if he keeps being denied? Stay illegally?

I suggest that people should try to know why was he denied instead of telling him to go back to his home country. Trust me there a bunch of shame marriage when money is involved and the couple share bank account, have same address and are approved and there is real marriages when the immigrant go through hard time to get his residence. Life is unfair trust me.
