Well #######. It's coming from Jim, which lends it much more credibility.

There goes my hope for getting my husband here before June then. If they hold onto my case for the full 30 days like Cranky Pants told me this afternoon, I'm looking at July or August even. #######, #######, #######, #######. #######.

Hang in there, 30 days to review docs is still pretty unlikely. They seem to be taking their time assigning case numbers still, but I wonder if that's to help moderate the flow of cases into NVC so they can keep up with the rest of their work. Not many cases that came in with ours have had long turnarounds for packet reviews. I'm thinking a second round of interviews may be scheduled when enough people get their initial dates and call to reschedule, thereby reopening time slots. I was looking at figures for visas issued earlier and the Netherlands is very low, your husband shouldn't have a lot of competition for an interview date. And as always, it's worth calling the embassy as soon as they receive your case to see if you can get in an earlier date.

I highly doubt that...

You IV package was exactly five days (and only 3 business days) after mine; you should have your case complete by Friday, and worst case Monday...

After that you'll be right in line for a June interview in the worst case.

We haven't had any checklists yet, and my AOS was accepted already with no problems. (That's the only on I was worried about.) I know that August is very unlikely, and the number of visas going through Amsterdam is fairly low, but if they take their sweet ### time giving me a case complete, then there is a good chance that we won't have an interview until July. And that just blows. At some point in the summer, the whole country basically goes on vacation. I want to get our interview date before that happens. And I don't know what area is going on vacation when this year. (The different areas of the country rotate vacation weeks every year.)

Ugh. *flails*

Dear Saylin please help

I am going to have my additional interview on April 10, first time I got 221g, CO required to bring my husband's IRS transcription for 2013, He filed his tax and we got transcripts. My question is - when I go to my interview may CO ask me to update the AOS form? because on the AOS which we submitted to NVC the last tax year was 2012

Maybe I am overthinking about that, do you know in which cases AOS needs to be updated at consulate stage?

Thank you a lot in advance (F)

Why not just bring an updated I-864 form just in case?

Why not just bring an updated I-864 form just in case?

I wish that but only two days left and my husband has to sign it and sent me I afraid it takes 5 days. I hope they will not give an additional interview only for that reason

All that needs to be updated is question 13, which doesn't have a signature on it. Just update it with 2013 as the most recent year (then 2012 and 2011 as the other years) and just print out that page. The petitioner doesn't have to do anything; you can do it yourself.

What about question 5. current individual income and question 10 - should I count from January 2014, on old one husband wrote (before filing 2013tax) his whole 2013 income?

If the current individual annual income is different than when the I-864 was initially filed, then yes, update that as well.

I applied for an ITIN. Took less than a week to gather docs and send it to the husband in the US. We got our check 3 weeks later.

Easiest way would be to file separate tho you won't get as much $$$

hi there, just wanna ask if what are the documents that you sent that is needed for the ITIN application. hoping for your response
