Are you going to Pl?

Loto

I probably should be but No I am not going to PI. I am headed to Bay Area of California. Going to see some friends and my son for the Manny Pacquiao Fight on Saturday. They always have a big party for his fights and this might be his last fight if Floyd Mayweather doesn't fight him in the future. I will then stay there for the Thanksgiving feast. They have been asking me to visit for a while and this will allow me to get my mind off all of this for a while. :yes: Then hopefully I will return and only have 5 days left before I pick up the wife at the Airport in Nashville. Howdy folks,

My wife sent off her DS-3032 via e-mail using the VJ template, but without attaching a scanned image or PDF. No contact has ever been had with the NVC staffers, so no e-mail is on file with them.

This was last Saturday -- no auto-response from the NVC and the portal still hasn't released the IV fee for payment (NOT INVOICED).

Thoughts?

04.26.2010 | Day 0 :: Lockbox received I-130 packet w/ consular processing in Perú

04.30.2010 | Day 4 :: $355 check cashed, NOA1

10.05.2010 | Day 163 :: I-130 NOA2 California approval (5 months, 5 days since NOA1)

10.18.2010 | Day 176 ⇔ 0 :: NVC assigned case number ( as of November the AVR system still says no case # assigned)

11.10.2010 | Day 199 ⇔ 24 :: DS-3032 e-mailed again with ATTN to Supervisor Sue (acceptance response 25 min later!); paid $404 IV fee online

11.26.2010 | Day 215 ⇔ 40 :: I-864 and DS-230 packets delivered

03.14.2011 | Day 322 ⇔ 147 :: NVC case closed (4 months, 24 days)

03.26.2011 | Day 334 ⇔ 159 :: NVC assigned embassy interview for May 31 (5 months, 8 days)

05.31.2011 | Day 400 :: Embassy interview, Approved!

Try sending a scanned copy with ATTN: SUPERVISOR SUE NVC CASE#:<XYZ2010XXXXXX> in the subject line. It has worked for most people.

If you don't have a scanned copy, send the template email with just the subject changed to the above.

Sending multiple emails will not hurt your case.

I would think they would put you at the front of the line considering they messed it all up. I am surprised they don't have a date for you already. :angry:

Thanks Kim11, Oh I plan on having a great time alright. My friends are recovering from a Head- On Collision. The other driver ran away and the police still have not found him. Both of my friends are alright but still recovering. The wife will be going back to work in about a week but the Husband will be out 2 more months as he is still in a restrictive neck brace. He has been bugging me to come visit so I will give them some company for a while and some kidding... of course... :devil:

GO MANNY PACQUIOA !!!!!! :dance: :dance: :yes: or should I say Congressman. I wounder if that's ever happened before. :blush:
