Apparently they're behind on work visas and dedicating their manpower to getting out of the backlog. Don't know if it's true but it makes sense, I guess. :(

Next week will be Day 100 for us. 100 days since the NOA1 and the last touch.

How can it be 100 days next week? You're 1 day behind me, putting you at 84 days today. 84 + 7 = 91. It's 16 days from today until you're at 100 days. wacko.gif

I only know because I know you're a day after me.

Your extreme impatience for your NOA2 is messing with your ability to perform basic math functions.

It's probably more the lack of regular sex than my impatience. I blame the crippling loneliness.

Wow I was just about to go and count those myself.

Yeah those 6 measly approvals are pretty ridiculous compared to 84 in July. Though I can't help but notice that CSC has been hard at work on those IR-1/CR-1 approvals. Perhaps they should have certain branches dedicated to specific visa types so that one kind doesn't suffer because others are backlogged.

So I've been regularly complaining to my fiance about how CSC has approved almost no one this month and for no apparent reason why. I probably mention this at least on a daily basis. I'm the one who's done all the visa homework and figured it all out. My fiance just signs what I tell him to and trusts I know what I'm doing, so I guess all that adds up to him not really understanding me when I complain. Although, he does know how the process works and knows CSC's part in it all.

So we're talking today and he says, "Hey, shouldn't we have heard back by now? You said it'd be approved in September," (which is what my timeline originally predicted).

I was like, "...Have you not listened to anything I've been saying these past few weeks?!?!" Men...can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.
