I just knew that in this thread would Texans recommending to move to Texas. Ask yourself: Do you want to move to a state where it is legal to bring a gun to school? And Texas elementary textbooks change history to be more complimentary to the US and Texas, teaching America = good always even when it's not true.

I'm really sorry this happened to you.. twice. As you said there are good women out there but I think you should start getting to know your fiancées better before you commit to such a serious (and ideally life-long) thing called marriage.
I honestly don't get all these people on VJ who just want to jump into marriages like it's nothing serious and marry someone who they've just physically met for a month or so.
A girl who wants to go to a foreign country and leave their entire life&family behind although they barely know the guy they're going to marry is really fishy and screams for marriage fraud.

It isn't a matter of time. I suspect your approach is wrong here. Why the Philippines? What are you looking for in a wife? Why are you so desperate to have one that you can easily move from one foreign woman to the next and to another? They are freaking human beings not a new brand of cheese that you are trying.

I would advise anyone to be wary of an ad posting that has such poor English as the one shown above. There is no punctuation, and the second sentence makes no sense, "Prioritize for input complete information analysis." Also, you can google the company, Tristan Burch, and see that it does not exist, except in job postings.
If that is not enough of a clue, then the quick response about "being pleased" and forcing you to get a yahoo account and do the interview ASAP is another huge sign that something is amiss. Employers don't have all the time in the world to wait around to talk to someone on messenger. Further, no one is going to butter you up as an applicant in an email, and say they are pleased with your work. They will just ask you for an interview. It would say something like "Hello, I received your resume, and I would like to schedule an interview."It is tacitly understood that if they want you for an interview, then they like your resume, there is no need to boost your ego further by adding in extra praise. Also, yahoo is shady. Skype is different because it is like a phone interview on the computer, with video! Good luck to all.

Has your check been cashed? That would be another way to verify that the package arrived at USCIS. I've had lots of times when the post office forgets to scan things so there is no tracking info available. Hopefully you will see the check was cashed and/or receive some kind of notification from USCIS that your package has arrived. Good luck! Also, save a copy of your medical form. You may have to take it to a civil surgeon to have it transcribed to an I-693 if you get an RFE for medical.

Probably something I would say as well to whoever is planning to move. I totally agree with the idea that Trump will change the immigration system ( and it won't be a good thing at all for Legal ).

Some I-130s are being transferred to the the "National Benefits Center" which used to be the "Missouri Service Center." MSC= NBC. The processing times will be 5-6 months, like normal. The aim here is to reduce processing times. The system is not set up to show processing times for I-130s at NBC, but on the other hand, that is mostly useless information and they are doing this to help you.
It can take a while for cases to show up on the website, and sometimes they never show up there. it doesn't matter, because the online process checker is also mostly useless and not updated properly. You will get letters in the mail. There is nothing to show besides approval, either, and you will know when you are approved by a letter or a text if you sign up for them.
The people you talk to on the phone are not USCIS employees, they are subcontracted workers who read from a screen. They give out so much bad info they are called the "misinformation line." The link above shows why these cases are being sent to NBC.

USPS rarely loses things. I don't doubt that it is misplaced but you might want to wait another week or two because I am fairly sure it will turn up. It might have already been delivered, just that the delivery scan/update wasn't performed so they have no information about it. If it is with USCIS already, it can take up to 30 days for a NOA.
