How soon after naturalizing can i petition for parents?

I naturalized this feb using the 3 year period for marrying a USC. Can i petition to bring my parents here?

couple of quick clarifying questions

is there a probation period of some sort before i can petition or can i petition immediately on becoming a citizen and in the i130 forms they ask for the petitioners alien number which im guessing i dont use because im not longer an alien?

also,

question 14 says fill the following only if you are an LPR and it asks for date and place of admission.

question 14b then asks if i gained LPR status by marrying a USC (which is true).

but im guessing i dont fill out either because i am no longer an LPR.

No probation period. Interpret the questions literally and answer truthfully.

To me it sounds like you DID gain LPR status by marrying a US citizen in which case you would answer that question as YES

Planning to leave 14 blank because i am not an LPR alien as of right now and the question is clearly in the present tense.

Will answer yes, because i believe this is to verify that I am not bringing a new spouse within 5 years. Thanks for all the help folks.

14b is part of 14. Question 14 is based on the clause "If you are a LPR." You can leave all 14abcdef or whatever questions blank because you are not a LPR. Note the numbers.

you don't fill out 14 because you will not be a LPR anymore, you will fill out number 13 because you will be a USC

it is only one or the other, this is a general form that can be filled out by a LPR or a USC

no probation period, you can file the same day you get your citizenship certificate at the oath ceremony,

petition for parents are filed separately, so you will need to file an i130 for each parent, and send a copy of your certificate with each form

oh ok.. thats what i initially felt as well.

i wish they would just annotate the whole section instead of leaving it to the interpretation of the question numbers.
