You didn't get a denial, you got an RFE, that's a big difference. Your "interview" you went to was not an interview at all, it was your biometrics appointment. All they ever do is photo and fingerprints.
They need more evidence from you, send it to them. It's not about whether you have kids or not. We don't, and we got approved without RFE.

Your story is new to me, just read your last post. It sounds like you're in the right place now.
I don't have much to offer except to acknowledge to you that divorce is hard, no matter the circumstances. I know this personally. Even those in really crappy marriages go through a lot of grief at the loss of what they thought they would have. It will take you time to get over it all and to get your life together. It will be hard sometimes, and you will go through dark places. But you will get through it, and you aren't alone. Everyone who has been divorced goes though a lot of #######. You will be ok. You will be glad that you have had this opportunity, though that won't make sense now. Take this time to reconnect with friends, family, anything else you've missed. Hug your dog.
    Good luck to you!

This bears repeating. Consider the fact that you will have to prove bona fide marriage and you will have an interview.

I suspect the reason you are getting an interview is because you do not have a lot of documentary evidence due to your circumstances. I would bring with you as many of the following as you can arrange:
    a) a letter (preferably notarized) by your parent(s) stating that you live together at their house and the terms under which you stay there (eg help out with groceries, pay difference in utility costs, pay 'rent' even if you have no lease, things like that). The letter should include the dates of when you started to live there.
    b) credit card statement and receipt from the college/university showing you paid your husband's tuition
    c) proof of your husband's enrollment in the Master's program at the same college/university
    e) documents related to the car where you own jointly and/or your husband is listed as the primary driver (insurance papers, etc.)
    f) documents showing the cell phone plan
    g) do you share a credit card account or have a joint bank account? Send documents showing both names on the accounts
    h) Is there a registration form with the College/University where he has listed you as spouse - get a copy of that or a statement from the College/University
    i) Do you have health insurance with him listed as your spouse? Has he had any medical treatment or doctor's/dentist's appointments that you have paid for partially or in full? Include receipts listing his name and showing you paying the costs (copies of bank statements or receipts from doctor will work - highlight the relevant items with a highlighter)
    j) Bring both of your Driver's Licenses showing you both live at the same address
    k) Bring envelopes addressed to both of you at that address or to each of you singly at that address (bills, notices, letters and cards all count)
    l) photographs of the two of you with different family members or around the house
    j) Affidavits (signed statements) from friends or other family members or neighbours who can verify that the two of you live together at that address
    k) Emergency contact list provided to your work listing him as your spouse
    l) If you have travelled together by plane, show boarding passes and flight itineraries
    m) What about any sort of religious or social community to which you belong? Get a letter from an authority person involved there that the two of you participate at that facility.
Basically, you want to include any sort of document that a normal married couple would have because they are living together as a married couple. How do you manage your finances? How do you manage your health care? How do you manage your physical space? What joint responsibilities do you have?
Bring as well everything you have already submitted, and make sure the two of you are also aware of and familiar with things a normal married couple would know about each other and your families including names, birthdates and places, family members, sleeping and meal arrangements; personal habits and personal hygiene to name a few.
Good luck. You may find that you have more available than you originally thought.

Your tale is well contructed but it is not how an immigration will view what has happened, they will see a person allowed in on a temporary status that has tried every trick in the book to stay longer. You tried a different visa type and when that didn't work , you married and when that didn't work you filed for abuse and when that didn't work you married again. Even if this marriage is 110% legit you are going to need an extremely good legal rep and you had best not even think of ignoring any other law even if 99% of people would be forgivien for it , you would be adding more proof that you don't care about immigration laws and think you can worm you way through this. The hard facts are I think there is less than a 30% chance of you staying in the US through the path you have shown. You will make you lawyer a rich man but you are heading for a 'relationship for immigration purposes' flag unless you are very very careful.

Not knowing your case, I'd say he potentially risks to lose his U.S. citizenship because of this. Part of the N-400 process is to make a statement under oath that he never failed to file a required income tax return. The way I interpret your post, that's exactly what he did: fail to file. If so, he would be guilty of perjury and material misrepresentation which potentially will strip him of everything he worked for and may result in his deportation.
Listen, life as an I.O. is boring. If I was the I.O., I would grab this and make my life exiting. I would rip his balls out and use one of them to get the big ball rolling. Heck, it could even get me a promotion! When he's down, I would look at you at the AoS interview and ask you: "are you serious? AoS denied!"
Since there are more people like me, the first thing I suggest you do is figure out if he was require to file an income tax return. If he was required to do so and hasn't filed and has committed perjury under Oath, I'd say he needs to get busy fast, most likely with the help of an attorney.
Many Americans are stupid. Immigration Officers are usually not among them.

Dead wrong. The Constitution says nothing about those rights being exclusive to citizens. The word "citizen" does not appear anywhere in the Bill of Rights. The most common references are "the people" or "a person". The US Supreme Court has determined on multiple occasions that the Bill of Rights applies to anyone who is "under the jurisdiction of the United States", including permanent residents and even visitors to the US. Where a right is specifically reserved for citizens, such as the right to vote, then the Constitution will explicitly use the word "citizen", as it does in the five amendments that address voting rights.

This is very much wrong. Completely FALSE.
As a permanent resident, you have the right to:
    * Live and work permanently anywhere in the U.S.
    * Apply to become a U.S. citizen once you are eligible.
    * Request a visa for your husband or wife and unmarried children to live in the U.S.
    * Get Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, and Medicare benefits, if you are eligible.
    * Own property in the U.S.
    * Apply for a driver's license in your state or territory.
    * Leave and return to the U.S. under certain conditions.
    * Attend public school and college.
    * Join certain branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.
    * Purchase or own a firearm, as long as there are no state or local restrictions saying you can't.

This is not accurate or helpful information. As long as you submit the I-130 petition and the I485 application before your VWP stay expires, you won't have any overstay issues and you can adjust status without ever leaving.

I hate (for lack of a more appropriate term) first and foremost that this country is now ruled by corporations, not We The People anymore. Corporate money controls campaigns, politicians, media, government.
The second thing I hate is that the U.S. doesn't have a single payer health care system or at least a public option, something every civilized nation on this planet has. "Don't get sick" really doesn't work well for me.

There is no good reason for her to have your birth certificate. Only nefarious reasons.
If she wants to remove her conditions in 2 years she will need to prove marriage in good faith, if she wants to be divorced from you when she does it. I'm not sure how much proof she'd have to provide-it doesn't seem like she'd have much in so short a time.
Someone else could probably answer that part better. You can also contact one of the credit bureaus and see what they would advise you do. I'd do it ASAP.

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! The OP MUST file her ROC asap as she is breaking the terms of her "CONDITIONAL" greencard, the condition being her marriage to a USC, by being divorced. this is quite common knowledge and the OP is correct.
