I looked at the last poll on what do you love about America.

The number claiming MENSA membership was way beyond average.

"Candidates for membership in Mensa must achieve a score at or above the 98th percentile on a standard test of intelligence (a score that is greater than or equal to that achieved by 98 percent of the general population taking the test)."

http://www.mensa.org/index0.php?page=10

This crowd must be: A) really smart B) delusional C) joking D) lying.

Knowing this forum it's probably B, C and D.

I HATE the KKK, but I'd stop there. I believe that welfare is OK if temporary and for those who NEED it, like single mothers. But it is NOT a way of life, and that pisses me off when people have more children and refuse to work so that WE can pay for their fun.

The only thing on that List that is truly "only found in America" is San Francisco...

And I'd never "belong" to a party.. it has to do with the best candidate IMO not the "party"...

I think I'm just weird or something.. I don't get it.

Well, the KKK was founded here in America, but the list isn't of uniquely American facets, but a list of characters within America.

Often times, when people have openly criticized the President or his policies, they have been accused of hating America. This poll is an attempt to define what qualifies as hating America.

If you criticize Pres. Obama, you don't hate America, you're just a racist. Being is racist is UnAmerican so a lot of Americans won't be "real" Americans. The liberals will be off fighting in Afghanistan and Pakistan leaving only the illegal immigrants who can speak after the Fairness Act is enacted.

Makes sense to me, Viva America!

I picked KKK...though I agree that mentality that it's not limited to America. I may dislike other things but hate is a strong word.

The list could go on and on. Illegal immigrants really burns me. Actually, the fact that many legal immigrants come here and get food stamps, free this and that burns me as well. I guess I feel that if a person is willing to immigrate to another country they need to be willing to support themselves. Do other countries support the U.S citizen if we were to move to their country?

Welfare is ok for those that need it, and I mean really need it and it should be for a certain time frame. Get in the system and get out.

Funny thing is mensa means "dolt" in Spanish.

Really? LOL

Yup :yes:female dimwit.

So is a male dimwit a Menso?

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
