  1. Do you have a B Visa Being eligible for the Lottery may have been a one off, no way of knowing now. Further education in the US for example a Degree in IT or Medicine may open doors. There is the Investment option if you have lots of money
  2. You start by filing an I 130, good idea to read the guides on here. 18 months ish No Presumably the legalities have been sorted with the other parent.
  3. I have not come across anyone being told a reason, just a normal interview.
  4. My understanding is can be waived not will be waived.
  5. One more for the I 864 and update the DS260 at the interview.
  6. https://dch.georgia.gov/georgiapathways Might want to see if this works for you.
  7. I 94 can be obtained online
  8. Max they would take is 2 years so that is 2021, now 2024, what has happened?
  9. You have asked for specific answers and provide no information. Generally I look at an EB5 as buying a Green Card any money you get back is a bonus. He must have applied sometime ago through a regional scheme with that amount. You do not even mention the scheme. You mention you have a Lawyer who presumably have perused the terms of the agreement, there are exit clauses and I would think it very unlikely your Uncle would have invested without both legal and financial advice so I would start by contacting those advisers.
  10. The only way I can make sense of this is that your father was a LPR and has now naturalised? CSPA applies but to what extent I can not say.
  11. Is he the sponsor? If so get him to file.
  12. So the issue is the level of deductions you have taken in the past?
  13. I am not sure scace is the right word. Strikes me that a lot of soon to be past use by date has gone over and looking at it from a very realpolitik perspective it is a very cheap way of degrading the Russian military, a lot of money but small beer is US military spending terms.
  14. I have not heard of expedited biometrics bit they do not seem to take that long. Being realistic I suppose relative to how long he has to go they will be back and firmly established in the US long before he is interviewed.
  15. If he wants to visit go for a B If he want to be a Permanent Resident of the US go for a GC
