However, according to the beneficiary's non-immigrant visas, filed on on June 18, 2018, and April 9, 2019, the beneficiary listed her spouse as B(replaced the name).     FYI she could have updated the DS 160 at the interview, they normally ask you if anything has changed so not sure I would push that.

    That is the goal, they need to accept she lied, then you can make progress.

    I suppose there may be an argument if a waiver is needed but until you get to that point well. If they say we need evidence your first marriage was terminated you are in an endless loop.

    You can not prove she was never married You can not prove she lied all I can think is that you reply that she did lie, perhaps say she was advised to to get a B. See if they accept that or not.

    I thought this was interesting, Canada, but the mindset is the same. Short version they want the Feds to bail them out for policies they support that have bust their budget which actually means taking money from other areas of Canada who may not support their Progressive policies. Meanwhile they are happy to spend a boatload of money renaming a street. I have seen this so many times, Denver anyone, funny how they can always find money for their pet causes but not key services.

    I initially read it that the OP is the USC. On what basis are you adjusting? A K1. Presumably there is a Joint Sponsor mind you surprised anyone would want to in this situation.

    NPR briefly covered this, said it was down to low customer demand and high repair costs. I think they were referring to accidents. These are very high performance vehicles.
