  1. I was and @IRN does seem to be a F2b case.
  2. POLYGAMOUS MARRIAGE NOT LEGALLY RECOGNIZED UNDER INA The beneficiary was interviewed by a Consular Officer. Based on her interview, the consular officer determined that: On the form I-130, the petitioner indicated the beneficiary was only married once, which was to him. The beneficiary also confirmed this during her interview. Petitioner and Beneficiary were married on July 12, 2021. However, according to the beneficiary's non-immigrant visas, filed on on June 18, 2018, and April 9, 2019, the beneficiary listed her spouse as B(replaced the name). During the visa interview, the beneficiary stated that her husband was financing her studies. of 2 www.uscis.gov
  3. How long did the I 130 take to be approved
  4. FYI she could have updated the DS 160 at the interview, they normally ask you if anything has changed so not sure I would push that.
  5. I suppose there may be an argument if a waiver is needed but until you get to that point well. If they say we need evidence your first marriage was terminated you are in an endless loop.
  6. You can not prove she was never married You can not prove she lied all I can think is that you reply that she did lie, perhaps say she was advised to to get a B. See if they accept that or not.

  8. I think more people are going down the Spousal route.
  9. It is odd that a K1 is a good option, certainly from the UK, so my impression is that we are seeing fewer of them The ones I have seen for the first stage have been just under a year.
  10. NYC Public School Wipes Israel from the Map The poster at Brooklyn’s PS 261, where young students are taught ‘Arab Culture Arts,’ is part of a program funded by the Qatar Foundation. https://www.thefp.com/p/nyc-public-school-wipes-israel-from-the-map
  11. Always amuses me how much they charge for a GC which is nothing more than what your Bank will do for free. Or a Drivers License that costs less than $20. I am going to guess you filed on line.
  12. They have been taking about a year to process.
  13. I thought this was interesting, Canada, but the mindset is the same. Short version they want the Feds to bail them out for policies they support that have bust their budget which actually means taking money from other areas of Canada who may not support their Progressive policies. Meanwhile they are happy to spend a boatload of money renaming a street. I have seen this so many times, Denver anyone, funny how they can always find money for their pet causes but not key services.
  14. Another vote for both filing. You never know and I appreciate that at least and + were mentioned in the time estimates just wanted to stress those aspects.
  15. That makes sense, I would have a plan B are your still in F1 status, are you working on EAD or OPT? And be the Sponsor with all that involves.
  16. I initially read it that the OP is the USC. On what basis are you adjusting? A K1. Presumably there is a Joint Sponsor mind you surprised anyone would want to in this situation.
  17. I have yet to come across anyone having any success just because a document is difficult to get.
  18. I know Boulder has a MAJOR recycling problem with these signs.
  19. https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/11/business/hertz-tesla-selling/index.html Here we are and not surprisingly with EV prices going down depreciation is a biggy. You would have thought there would be a software fis for the performance issue, a rental mode.
  20. NPR briefly covered this, said it was down to low customer demand and high repair costs. I think they were referring to accidents. These are very high performance vehicles.
