I believe Canadians are only allowed access to the US as a visitor for something like 184 Days? My daughter will be enrolled in school for the fall. This is the first time that she will be travelling out of Canada. I will be getting a travel document signed by her dad in front of a commissioner for oaths as that is what was suggested to me to help with authentication of the document at the border.

Thank you for this. I will be visiting my fiance from the beginning of May to whatever date in August will keep me under the allotted time. I will be taking my daughter with me who will have a travel document from her dad stating that she needs to be back in Canada on a certain date. As well as, I can get a letter from my employer.

Is there anything one can do to avoid not being allowed across. May-August probably looks suspicious but I won't be working while down there visiting.

Could someone help me with the math on a B2 visa? I visited the US from May 12th-June 9th, 2023 and then again November 30th,2023-January 11th 2024. If I visit again in May-August 2024, how many days am I allowed for that trip?.... Considering the calendar and rolling year. Thanks!
