    That makes sense! Do you think once we mail them the documents we will have to go to the consulate again? I would assume not since they’re telling us to mail the documents in.

    My dad just got out of his interview in Juarez and was denied further processing for two reasons. - No original birth certificate of the petitioner - Mexican passport What I'm confused about is the Mexican passport remark. My dad had his passport present for the interview so it could only mean that the petitioner needs one as well? Or do they want my original USA passport? Any clarification would help. I tired reaching out to the consulate but its been hard getting answers. Thanks! Attached is a picture of the missing documents.
