  1. Why would she be denied entry? Well a lot depends on the Country involved but best to meet the requirements
  2. You do not NEED a Lawyer I 130 is what you need to file and the guides here help.
  3. Being married you have changed your marital staus. No need to change your last name, purely a personal choice, I did not.
  4. I am saying that likely quickest route will be for you to naturalise and upgrade your petition.
  5. It will be longer for you but yes a US US citizen is quicker, when can you naturalise?
  6. That is going to be a looong time. F1 could definitely be tricky but the only way of finding out is to apply, one of the things he will need to do on hos application is to declare is his US Spouse. Presumably he can show adequate financial resources? I tend to think of CZ as a cheaper option, US is the opposite. Presumably he declared you as his spouse on his B application?
  7. This rule provides an advantage, allowing you to apply for naturalization after waiting for just four years and one day from the date of your return to the United States, rather than the standard five years [Source: 8 CFR 316.5(c)(1)(ii)]. As I said it does help keep your Residence but the issue is when you can apply for Citizenship.
  8. You chose your path. A re entry permit has nothing to do with this, that is about maintaining your LPR status. I must admit I thought it was 3 years and one day but USCIS have a good guide.
  9. Just a question of having enough income
  10. No, you need to show that she is your Mother.
  11. Best to let him do it and avoid confusion
  12. 8854 isa IRS requirement not my area, best to ask a CPA
  13. ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said Tuesday that she wants to spend $2.4 billion to help deal with the massive influx of migrants who have overwhelmed New York City’s homeless shelters — addressing a damaging political issue for Democrats in her proposed state budget. The migrant spending plan came as part of a $233 billion budget proposal from the governor’s office that will kick off months of negotiations with legislative leaders. How the governor planned to deal with migrants, some 70,000 of whom are in the care of New York City, had been a looming question ahead of the legislative session. She did not tackle the issue in her State of the State address last week and the word “migrant” wasn’t mentioned in her detailed 181-page policy plan book. On Tuesday, she unveiled a plan to provide shelter services, legal assistance and more for asylum-seekers, and reiterated calls for the federal government to provide more assistance to the state. https://apnews.com/article/new-york-migrants-budget-immigration-cf17616264d95e301f74e7b16856fb39
  14. I do not see the difference and why it would be relevant
  15. $100 was on the Pup, including a mat she is currently ignoring. There was something else on EVs I was listening to a Lady on MW whilst driving who I used to listen to years ago, definitely MAGA, and she mentioned something I had forgot and have now forgotten again. I do not get MW up here. Now I would be happy with an EV in the right conditions. Maybe it will come to me tomorrow....
  16. I still think it will be around a year.
  17. Stopped at Costco and spent $360.... Filled up $2.15, ones around here at $3.60.
  18. The odd thing it is not that cold, 25F but the wind kills you.
  19. One of the nice things about CoTrip is that they show where the Plows are, managed to follow one most of the way back, lit up like a Christmas Tree.
  20. I always like it when it is a lot colder in Denver than up here. One of the odd occasions I will watch the local news.
