I think it is someone at USCIS having a laugh. I seriously doubt the I 130 will take 10 years but as I said not that important in the bigger picture.

Does it matter? I 130s seem to take about 11 months but with a F3 there is no rush so may take longer. 20 years seems more reasonable.

A basic Tesla battery would be big enough to back up at least 2 houses, made me wonder of they will become a time when they are stripped for their batteries?

I 130 When approved I 601a Go home for the interview and come back with an immigrant visa.. Not exactly unusual, seen this loads of times. Assuming the overstay is the only issue.

K1 is not try and see, it is for people commited to marry and want to do it in the US.
