  1. My girlfriend and I (A US Citizen) are planning on getting married in Ukraine in 2 months, and she will move in with me in the US. Right now I am planning on doing the U4U route. I am working on the I-134a form, and I am confused on a few things. Should I list her as a fiancee, or non-specified? Would they be suspicious for some reason? Can I put my business LLC under supporting organizations? Do I need to list my total income from last years tax return, or could I determine my own actual income? Can I list that I am a business owner as well as I work for a company once a month, under employment info? Can I list my cash as an asset? How do I prove I have cash? What am I supposed to answer under "A grant of parole is a discretionary determination granted on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit. Please explain why a favorable exercise of discretion is merited for this individual."? It has been very difficult to find someone to help me with this. Can someone please help answer these questions, or at least some of them, if possible? Thank you very much..
  2. How do I know it will be ready by the time we get married? I am leaving to ukraine may 4th. If its not ready in time, what should we do?
  3. I am a US citizen, planning on getting married in Ukraine to my fiancée which is a Ukrainian citizen in 60 days from now. My fiance has a tourist visa. We both want to move in together in the US right after. What is the best process to get her to be a legal permanent resident?
