    Car import tariff

It was an MGF forget the year
  2. Hardly uncommon well the UK does not have a Citizen file, nor I think does the US, lots of border changes following WW2, anyway I guess that is beyond the current no way of adjusting discussion
  3. I have seen over the years some people who have been refused a B comment that they would like this option, and USCs who want to get a Visitor Visa for usually overseas Girlfriends want this option. Made me wonder how much? After all say you wanted to Immigrate from say India.seems a long and expensive journey, would $15k be a better bet than paying Coyotes? Not sure how many from Malawi and Zambia would be heading to LV, strikes me that there problem is similar to the Ski resorts near me, they have priced out a big chunk of their Customer base and wonder why the numbers drop, there was a big surge immediately after COVID but that has ggone away.
  4. Reminds me of a friend whose children are getting their Passports sorted, from behind what was the Iron Curtain, well Yugoslavia never was Tito played both ends against the middle. Keeps on saying they are getting their Citizenship, nope they are citizens just do not have the documents. Hopefully the OP has a very good Lawyer. seems he is looking to adjust via his separated? spouse who will need to sponsor him, show validity of current marriage etc.

    Car import tariff

Well some cars are not practical, I wanted to bring mine but not possible.
  6. Seems a want rather than a need but it is free to apply so why not try?
  7. To be clear this used to be how it worked there was no such thing as not being interviewed, we are just back to normal.
  8. Assuming you qualify to pass on US Citizenship then you would file a CRBA to get the child a US passport. Civil debts have nothing to do with Immigration.
  9. The BBC covered this yesterday, Radio 5, to be fair the Zoo also mentioned Horses which would go a lot further.
  10. Yes it is good there is no set time.
  11. I doubt anyone on here has much experience. I went through there and did not think I needed a visa
  12. You are probably looking at 18 to 24 months, any reason you have waited so long?
  13. Best bet is to head over to the Guides and then ask questions about anything you do not understand. I assume the plan is for him to stay and adjust so he does not need a visa.
  14. It is subjective but 6 months compared to 18 months plus would seem to quailfy DCF seems to take around 3 months so I would use that as my timeline, of course like anything in life things can change
  15. Did a Lawyer prepare the waiver? There is no set time for a expedite application to be reviewed, last I saw they were taking about a month, and then of course the actual waiver would need to be reviewed.
