Just one. What I did is print the 100 questions form that you can download on the USCIS website and with the correction tape cover all those that have more than one answer. With that, i will only focus on the answer i want to remember, that's one easy way.

Today I decided to check my online case status and noticed that estimated case completion time changed yet again. This time it moved to September 2019. I know this estimate is a pure bs, so I decided to create my own, more realistic one. So I found 5 the most recent N-400 filers from my local USCIS field office and calculated the time from NOA to actual interview date. 
 
Here are the number of days in chronological order: 100, 106, 102, 109 and 105 days. So on average, N-400 filer at San Bernardino, CA office waits 104,4 days from the day he/she sends his/her application to the day of the actual interview.
 
Next, I added 105 days to the date of my NOA and came up with the following date: December 3, 2018 . So I am expecting my interview to be sometime in the beginning of December. 

I take MIL to the airport today, I have already pre warned them she is coming (handy working there 😂)

Most likely you will never be asked for them, but I would recommend getting disposition letters for those unless you already have them.  I was never asked to produce, nor did I have all the records (one ticket was too old for me to remember where it was adjudicated)...  I simply listed it, and stated that it was dismissed.  The other ticket was one I was able to get a letter from the court, but again for one that was clearly a low enough amount, I was never asked for it during the interview, and was simply told that since the total was under (I believe) $600, there was no need to produce anything...
 
 

I just logged into my USCIS account to see if they have received my Biometrics and I have an interview date of Thursday October 18th at 9:45 in the morning!  That's fast!  It's for the actual interview too !  (#######! -lol)  Darn it, now I have to learn all those pesky flashcards.

Yup, I used my name on the Green Card as it is the name I use right now! Sorry I should've clarified.

Just came back from my Biometrics appointment.  It went smoothly, just needed letter and Green card.  They scanned my fingers, got me to sign a pad and gave me a booklet for the questions.  Done.  Nothing about signing to say that I swear that my application was completed by me or that it was complete and correct.  Anyway, done.  Roll on the next part.

Which document is more recent? In my case, I just uploaded all the documents that support the most recent form of identification I have.
 
For example, my name is different from my maiden name through marriage, which is different from my birth name via deed poll. So I just uploaded my marriage certificate, my deed poll, AND my birth certificate.
