  1. Not much, you won't have a proof of status for some time until you get extension letter. It doesn't mean you aren't LPR anymore, you remain to be a permanent resident.
  2. Primary address is probably what you need to list. No need to bend the truth to match what you said in I-485. If asked on the interview, explain what you just said.
  3. Thank you, typo on my end 😅
  4. Wait doesn't guarantee your I-751 will be approved without interview. Filing N-400 doesn't always mean you'll have combo interview. Sometimes I-751 gets approved before N-400 interview without interview. Whether to file N-400 or not depends on your marriage. If it is strong, file today. If you have or had issues, don't file N-400 on 3 year rule.
  5. Let the immigration officer do some work 😃 You provide the evidence, they'll figure it out. Or you can mention it in the cover letter briefly.
  6. Go through immigration. They'll stamp your passport. That's how you activate it. Don't forget to pay the ELIS fee to receive physical GC.
  7. If you still have a chance, reprint as one sided copies. Don't annoy the person scanning these docs in. They may not even do the job right with double sided copies.
  8. That's insane. At this point you may want to try to: - File N-400 - File Writ of Mandamus to sue USCIS for decision. If you need decision rather urgently, then option #2 is preferable, though more expensive if done with the lawyer ($5-10k).
  9. California is very liberal. I bet the real ID will also have full term and not 1 year to match stamp expiry. At least when I got real ID renewed with 2 year GC, I got DL expiring after GC, which is not the case in many other states.
  10. Don't plan returning a day before Advance Parole expires, this is bad. Leave at least few days earlier. What if the plane is broken or flight delayed? You may have issues coming back since you don't have GC in hand.
  11. You already got decent answers in
  12. Unlikely. But you need to make sure to file AR-11 within 10 days of moving.
  13. That's pretty standard. Combo is never guaranteed. Your N-400 will be stuck until I-751 is approved. If it's been less than 60 days since the interview, I wouldn't even start to worry yet. Online status can also be pretty inaccurate.
  14. Depends on how busy the new office is. New York is a busy office. Oath need to be taken where you lived at least for the last 90 days. That's the rule.
  15. @Timetrain last visited November 3, 2021. Don't expect an answer any time soon.
  16. @mikeco last visited March 6, 2023. Don't expect a quick answer
  17. You get 10 questions, however usually they stop if you reach 6 correct answers
  18. Which service center? Did you have RFEs?
  19. Nobody can tell you for sure, as it's consular officer decision and discretion. Are you still enrolled in the study program?
  20. Everything is possible. You have to be honest and answer questions truthfully.
  21. Yes, the full name can be changed. It will take some extra time, but people do it.
  22. I'd file a few days after your spouse's 3 year anniversary of being a citizen. That would ensure 100% you won't get denied for this reason.
  23. File AR-11 when you move. Then file N-400 with new address.
  24. Yes it is real. I guess this answers your questions?
